Lots of products for great prices. The worker was very helpful and nice. Only con is that the owner will follow you around and think you’re stealing. She will not keep her eyes off of you making the whole experience uncomfortable.
The shop looks small on the outside but there’s so many good stuff in the inside. They’re very nice but like everyone else, sometimes have a bad day so tends to have a bad mood but don’t let that stop you. If you are looking for mail supplies they got you but it’s kinda all over the place so it’s not the most organized, if you want hair supplies they got you and very organized and have big variety, they have good amount of false eyelashes and very big variety and supply of makeup. Everything is at fair price like you would buy at any other store. They workers are helpful if you need help finding or even need of a suggestion.
I stopped by a couple months ago to check it out since some of the reviews are really good and I had been here before, a really long time ago. While they do gave some good products and decent selection, my personal shopping experience was disappointing to say the least. The one employee i interacted with was nice. The owner, not so much.
I asked about their ‘at home acrylic kit’ and the woman who helped me (who I assumed was the owner) seemed very uninterested in talking to me while I was asking questions about it, so not super helpful.
I decided to just buy the supplies individually and the way I was being followed around the store was not discreet AT ALL. I wanted to take my time and really look into the products I was buying but they made me so uncomfortable that I ended up buying the wrong product. I didnt even go back to return it because the first visit left me with such a bad impression that I didn’t even wanna deal with that again.
At one point I was looking at some products that they had displayed really low, almost on the floor, so I crouched down kinda far from the display with my back to the register (felt very sus :( ) and set my basket within view of the register so they wouldn’t think I was stealing and the owner approached me because I know she thought I was stealing!! -_- I took that opportunity to ask her the difference between the nail files I was looking at hoping she would see that I was genuinely interested but her answer was kinda dismissive. This place is down the street from me and if they had been nicer and more welcoming I would probably come back. I know they need to protect their merchandise but being so obvious with the watching/following is a dealbreaker for me. Buy cameras or something.
I just went there yesterday small place but polite workers. I did have a wonderful and bad moment at the same time not from the store or workers just because I scared them by almost having a full on seizure but my body didn't warned me and I was on my 1st stage of seizure with stares thank god my man was there to save me to get me back to me...the older woman who was there was helpful offerings a chair nd water but the younger lady was in her world because she barely new any English so therefore she was on her side of the room. I can't really blame her she's young and don't know what seizures are when you say it in english. Over all the place was great except with the almost full on seizure
I love buying my beauty supplies here. They always have what I need and the prices are unbeatable. 10/10

Last time I brought some paws earrings and one diamond was not on it, I went back to change it, and they took care of is ASAP.
