Called Jouli Nails for an appointment. Got one that day. I had the nicest lady do my manicure and pedicure. My nails look great. Everyone in there was sweet. Would recommend to everyone. I will be going back.

Went for a pedicure today And my toes look terrible!!! one foot nails is longer than the other and none of them are shaped the same.. the Polish job is terrible and I even took my own polish in.. She only dipped the brush in the top coat polish 1 time for all 5 toes so there is no shine and she never touched the cuticles...just a terrible job today. I'll never go there again and I have been going 2 times a month for the last year.

Nails were not shaped very well. Polish was not consistently applied. Had some pretty thick spots.

Prices were good. And staff was friendly HOWEVER I had to request they clean the pedicure bath area as I watched them rotate people through without cleaning between customers. Very unsanitary. Because of this I unfortunately won't go back. Not to mention we had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes to even get a chair.

Clean nail salon. Friendly employees. I have been going to this salon over a year. I had tried several salons in the area and did not like any of them like I do Jouli. They aim to please! I’ve experienced them deal with some pretty difficult customers and they do it gracefully and very fair. My nails have always turned out beautifully. Manicures and pedicures have been perfect. I go every 2-3 weeks and have dip polish applied. One time in 16 months of having this applied, I experienced a problem with cracking, I went to the salon, without question they immediately fixed it and did not charge me. They apologized! Great customer service!! (FYI...they had trialed new top coat and it caused the cracking of the dip polish. They no longer use it. I continue to get it and have not had any problems since.)

If there were a negative 1 star available, this place would deserve it. Had great things to say about it, until after driving an hour to drop my wife off for her scheduled 1:00pm appointment, she was told "Sorry we are too busy to see you come back in 4 or 5 hours".

Unbelievable! I called to ask for an explanation and got none other than my wife could come back and sit and wait for a couple hours. In what country? Owner took zero accountability for clearly NOT booking my wife's appointment. Highly recommend ALL people avoid this unprofessional place of business.

My nails look absolutely horrible as the lady was putting the tips on my nails she was putting the glue on so sloppy which kept causing her fingers to get stuck to my finger nails. She put on so many coats of polish but didn’t do the whole nail so now on my nails you can see the layers from were she kept going over it and not doing the whole nail. Very unprofessional and horrible service will not be going back.
