So far its a 5⭐ review for my 1st time being there! So just got a fill w/ gel paint to feel them out! Quite n relaxing environment, very nice people, great service and decent pricing!
Went for a pedicure was completely satisfied! The woman that took care of me was great. I have an issue with my one foot as well as being diabetic she listened to me while I explained to her what I didn't want done , she was gentle and knowledgeable. Can't wait to go back!!
I went in for a manicure and polish change on my toes. I am in a wheelchair. I had made an appointment and explained my situation. The person that did my nails , made no attempt at conversation. She just filed, trimmed my cuticles and polished my nails quickly. She polished my toenails as
requested. I did not really get a manicure. No attempt was made to make another appointment. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Very disappointed.
I definitely won’t be returning to this place. The gentlemen who did my nails filed them down so hard that they hurt for days. They are uneven and the vibe was just overall so lackluster. The staff was unprofessional. The lady doing my pedicure talked & stopped so much for the tv and another coworker that it doubled the time it should’ve taken. She didn’t put any soap or sanitizer in the pedicure water and she barely painted my toes, using an old, uncomfortable gel dryer that is not for toes that required me to keep my feet in an uncomfortable position that smeared my polish twice. Ridiculous. Then when I went to check out, the cashier wasn’t paying attention and complained loudly when they told her someone was waiting to pay. Do better
My favorite place to get nails and pedi's done. The whole staff is friendly, and works hard to make every client happy with their experience.

This is after going for the second time because the first time each nail had bumps and cracked after one hour. Returned to have them fixed and this is the end result. The technician is horrible. Jennifer at the desk is awesome but the tech did a horrible job twice.
They were amazing. The girl at the front desk (her name escapes me) was very nice and personable, and was super accommodating for my last minute walk in. I had to cancel my previous appointment last minute, and she was so nice about it and allowed me to reschedule at anytime. My nail tech, Mike, did a great job on my nails and they are strong and pretty. A friend of mine goes here, and her nails are ALWAYS gorgeous after she’s done. The salon itself is very pretty, and comfortable to be in. Everyone here is very hardworking and talented, and deserves respect for what they do. I’ll be happy to come here again! Thank you!
I called on a Friday 8/5/22 at 230pm and asked when Mai was available for a wax . I was told I didn't need an appointment I could come whenever because it's just a wax I said I don't want to bc one and can't have mai, they checked the book and told me to come at 4p I arrived and may was doing toes. I was told someone else could do my eyebrows and people come miles to get their brows done by this other employee, I wasn't okay with this. But we went ahead and did it anyway, while doing my eye brows I felt rushed , I mentioned my lip but wanted to discuss it , mid eye brow the wax went onto my lip and rip " so I guess she Decided she as doing it. My eye brows were not cleaned off still sticky, entirely to much was taken off the top and the middle was hardly done at all, the top arch is almost completely gone I am not sure what went on but I am hugely disappointed! I don't know what can make this better. I tried to call the salon back after getting home , and no answer . So here I am plucking the middle of my eye brows and highly upset how my face now looks. All because I made it clear I wanted may was told on the phone I could have her and didn't get what I wished to receive in anyway.
