There was a misunderstanding when I got my haircut. I asked for a certain type of haircut and got something else - something that I did not ask for. Initially, I asked for a mullet and for the barber only cut the sides of my head and to not cut the back of my head, but they cut the back anyway. After leaving a bad review and calling the owner of the shop, I got an apology and I was told that she will speak to the barber who cut my hair and I was offered a free hair cut next time. I appreciate that the shop is taking accountability for the mistake and that the owner is friendly and has great customer service, so I changed the review from 1 start to a 5 star rating. Thank you!

First time to use JJ's and I wasn't disappointed. They open Sundays which is a big bonus. The girl's are very pleasant. I will definitely be going vack.
