Lady there seemed a little rude for absolutely no reason.

Overwhelming with all the choices! I love this store so much. It’s so exciting when you walk in and see everything. Sweet clerks/owners!

Friendly service and reasonably priced items. Aisles are a bit crowded. Getting around can be challenging at times. They need more room to accommodate the customers and items I am updating my rating to 5 stars from posting two years ago. I love the staff there and service. There is a lot to choose from in the store and to be honest having a big variety is great. I do wish the store was larger to make getting around a lot easier. Over all great store and this is the only Beauty Supply store I use.

Super nice shop, the staff is kind and helpful. I love their wigs and eyelashes, theyre very affordable and good quality. I wish they had a different return policy but i understand! I would definitely check them out, all their products are a good price and they have lots to choose from.

Customer service sucks. Staff is rude especially the lady. Rather go to hair plus or go to grand rapids to a beauty supply store.

Place is nice , neat and they make sure you wear a mask.

I bought hair from here and asked a lady can it curly I sat in my chair curling this hair for 20 mins and it don’t even curl fake hair they sit n lie

Prices kind of higher compared to others, but customer service was good!
