I felt very disrepected yesterday..I don't understand why I was treated so poorly. First time I came in September was a wonderful experience this time I felt harassed. All Black people do not steal. I work very hard for my money. He asked me did I need help I said no not right now. Usually people leave you alone. Not this guy he was extremely to close to me. I just felt uncomfortable. This store have more than enough cameras to see if anyone is stealing. Please don't treat your customers like this. Your hair and wigs are beautiful but it's not worth me losing my temper over stupidity. Thanks but no thanks.
This place is terrible! How can you serve and set up shop in an African American community and dislike them! They charged my wife for a used, greasy cap because she wanted to try on the wigs before she purchased them, they had no sign saying there will be a purchase of a wig cap to try on wigs! She would have purchased 4 wigs, but the owner refused to allow her to try on more than 3 wigs. She purchased 3 wigs, out of 2 of them; they had tiny insects around the lace on the wig. I will never take her to this shop again! The workers are rude, the sharing of caps is disgusting! And there goes my money wasted on wigs that are not wearable for her!!! You'll never get another dime out of me!! The only good reviews they have are made by them and family! کلاهبرداران
Do not go here, they are rude, not truthful, and do not care about the community they serve! According to the Better Business Bureau they have only been in business since 5/8/17, & are not accredited by the BBB...hmm probably because that requires you to be truthful and resolve the customer complaints professionally! People do your research, do not shop here! They will make bogus claims to keep their money flowing! There is too much competition out here for you to be rude, untruthful, and taking advantage of the community you serve! The community doesn't need you, you need the community to make you rich! There is a beauty shop across the way from this place, and others around; I'll go elsewhere before buying from here again!!
