Couldn’t make one appointment because I was stuck at work. I called 2 hours before to ask if I can reschedule for another day she said yes, I said ok thank you. Then she goes on to ask “are you sureeeee you’re going to make it on Friday?” I said yes? She calls me back 5 minutes later to say just letting you know next time you come in we’re going to charge you a $15 cancellation fee. She was very rude. I hope that $15 cancellation fee was worth losing a customer that always tips more than 20%. Save your time and money and go somewhere else that has better customer service.

Great place and close to home. I recommend booking an appointment. I usually go to Kevin for my hands and anyone for pedicures. I also recommend upgrading your pedicures. I always ask for the callus remover, it’s worth it.
Overpriced for a terrible job!! I got a pedicure and they did the BARE MINIMUM. They just cut and painted my nails and charged me $55. There’s better places to go with better quality and prices, reconsider.
Disgusting treatment from the OWNER! I did my lashes gel manicure and pedicure and gave both of the girls a tip, she (the owner) demanded that I gave them more money and that if I don’t do that from now forward she does not want my services. I told her that if she wants me to pay a certain amount in tips maybe she should write it on the wall somewhere. Instead she tells me not to come back. This is not the treatment I expected after being a regular for 5 years. Disgusting . I pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this location all to get treated like garbage and crying on my way out. So upset.
Completely rude person that picked up the phone. I asked for the owner to inquire about an event I wanted to have at my office for mother's day, and she said "I don't know" and hung up. I tried calling back and would not pick up my call. Totally unprofessional and rude. This is not a way to conduct business. Hopefully your nails are better than your customer service.
My go to nail place in the area. They do a decent job and my gel usually last 2+ weeks, color selection isn't great but good enough for everyday. I like Tony for my mani!
