I saw a lot if negative comments about Jenny's Nails but I've been coming here fir about 5 years now and I think the service is awesome. Her prices are visible for you to see. No matter how long I decide to return to her shop, she always remember me and what type of nails and pedicure i like. Thank you for your courteous service Jenny.❤????

Workers where being very rude to me and my mom telling us not to look at her and my nails came out horrible

No STAR!!!! This business is a joke! If you're a big lady, go elsewhere. I went in today, with my husband. I have issues walking, I'm usually in a wheelchair, however, with his help, I walked in. The lady, taking care of a person, looks at me, ask what I needed, the tells me, "you're too big for our chairs." I thought I heard her wrong, said excuse me, so she repeated herself. I said wait, are you saying I'm too fat to sit in your chairs? She said yes. Yes not made for big people. Soooo, my fellow large women, spend your money elsewhere. Convenience just ain't worth it!!!

Y’all are the best! Those workers there do an excellent job! They are so skilled, sometimes they mess up but, they always fix it. Love them! Come to Jenny’s Nails, they will serve you with excellent care and action! -Another kid that has to standby -????-

My first impression of Jenny's Nail Boutique was awesome. The prices are a tad different than what I am accustom to but my overall experience was fantastic. Jenny, Lynn and Marie are awesome ladies, and Marie helped me out to my car with belongs so that I didn't mess up my beautiful nails. When they say you get what you pay for... these ladies made me feel so comfortable after only living here for two weeks. Nails and Customer service Grade A. We use to use Jenny's, it was close, they were friendly and engaging. They use to listen and give you what you wanted for pretty affordable rates. Now we travel the extra distance to go into bossier to the nail salon by the mall. Its faily newer. But they offer the friendly service that Jenny's hasn't had in a while. But the biggest issue that made us search for a new place was now matter how wentold them we wanyes our nails, even with a photo of how we wanted them, they would do something completely different and then argue with us on the best way to do our nails. You want longer coffin shaped nails? They feel like giving you shorter square shaped nails... you try telling them thays noy what you asked for BEFORE they do it and they shake their head and say 'no, no, this better... this better' ???? and then if you can get them to fix what they messed up, they want to charge you extra for making them reshape them how you oroginally asked them to shape them when you came in... the last time we went in, they did this to my sister. Her nails came out crooked, painted the wrong polish twice, because they didnt listen and just did whatever they wanted. And then she went from a 60$ nail job to a 90$ nail job because they charged her extra per nail to redo the polish they messed up... and she STILL walked out hating her 90$ nails... Jenny's nails just isn't what it use to be. The new place doesn't dictate and they give you the nails you want for a wonderful flat rate. We got longer, perfectly shaped nails, painted perfectly with the colors and designs we wanted with the kind of polish we ask for and have never went over 60$. If they make a mistake, they fix it in a friendly way with no extra charge. And they don't charge you extra if they have to refile because they didnt get the shape right... If your gonna drop the money to have nice nails, get the nails you want without the hassle, go someplace other than Jenny's...
