My family is ordering from Jade garden the last 2 year and we always loved it,hovewer we were very disappointed tonight when after a quite long break we ordered a dinner again and it was nothing like what it used to be before. No spices and taste....even my 13th years old son said it not taste the same and left the chicken on the side of the plate. My first thought is that they changed the cook as even the way the meat was chopped was different. Will order again just to make sure that wasn't one off, however is definitely not the great food it used to be. Otherway the order was prepared very quickly.
Lady on phone never listens to order and sends wrong items. Then wants you to order more to get the correct food. Waste of time

Had food last night 9pm ish, didn't eat it all so when cooled it was put I the fridge, went to heat it tonight and its awful, the meat is 100% off which tells me it was off when I brought it. Do t bother ordering from here.
One of the nicest Chinese takeaways we've had in years. So I've been back 3 times since and food has been absolutely great every time. The meat and prawns are so tender and the sauces delicious. The beef, mushrooms and water chestnuts was superb. Very impressed and will be returning ????????
The only Chinese & English take away in Stonecross that doesn't have to advertise to bring in the customer's. Every takeaway meal I've had has been excellent and would recommend it to anyone. Takeaway delivery service available.
Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh…. Awful. Delivery was sooooo long ribs was chopped up like dog food and chicken chow mein was tepid and tasteless. Half star. Delivery driver was friendly. Food was awful and in the bin. Ordered 8.30pm delivered 9.10 pm eating toast now.
