I miss the days when you could go get a gel manicure and it last until you get your next manicure. I came here for the first time on Saturday for services. The pedicure and manicure went fine but by Monday the gel polish starting peeling off. By Tuesday I was able to peel them all off like stickers. So basically the gel polish lasted for 2 days. I just hate wasting money ;(
RUDE & NASTY
These was the worst self care day in my life. I received several cuts and nips during my pedicure, it was actually painful nothing relaxing at all.
I allowed my daughter to get her nails and toes polished, the lady never put her under dryer and got upset when I asked them to polish over, cause it was a hot mess especially when they lady put her shoes on over her wet toes nails..
I literally wanted to slap the taste out of the guys mouth, he wanted to argue with me about doing my daughter's toes over and he wasn't even the person who serviced her.
I honestly don't know how they are in business with this disgusting shop and nasty attitudes.
I have come to this location on and off since 2008. Today was the last straw! I got my nails done yesterday(gel fill-in). Not even 24 hours later, 3 of my nails broke completely off. I went back when I got off of work, and sat for 30 minutes before being seen. Once I sat down, the nail tech said it would be a charge. As a long time customer, my nails should have been fixed free of charge. Instead the manager, Mary, was rude and nonchalant as she told me I had to pay $10 to get them fixed. This was a "so-called" discount as she stated they usually charge $5 per nail.She stated that she doesn't know what I do at home, so it was not going to be free. I told her I paid a $10 tip yesterday, and that should be taken into account. She walked away and said I could pay $10 or wait until he comes back to work. I was NOT going to wait longer or put up with the lack of customer service. It is clear that the materials used are not up to par. It is also apparent that customers are not valued. I would not suggest this location. I know it is convenient to people that live in this area, but we deserve better. We pay way too much on nails to put up with poor service and watered down products. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
I only go to 1 nail tech for my coffin shape gel nails his name is T and we've been consistent for 2 months (Orange nails are from March) blue nails are from April 1st and as of today May 6 I still have all my nails I just need a fill in
THIS PLACE IS TRASH. TOOK MY DAUGHTER THERE FOR HER 16TH BIRTHDAY NAILS BECAUSE OUR NAIL PLACE WAS CLOSED THE GUY DID A HORRIBLE I MEAN HORRIBLE JOB ON MY CHILDS NAILS. WHEN I QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT IT. HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO LIE AND SAY SHE WANTED THEM THAT WAY TO MATCH HER CLOTHES. LIES SHE HAD NOTHING RED ON. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO DO OMBRE NAILS. MY DAUGHTER WAS IN TEARS. THEY ARE RUDE. THEN HAD THE NERVE TO CHARGE $80 FOR THIS TRASH. SHEIN PRESS ON NAILS LOOK BETTER THAN WHAT SHE GOT. THEY DO HALF A** PEDICURES ALSO. I WILL STICK WITH NATURAL NAILS IN THE SHELL PLAZA FOR MY PEDICURES AND PAMPERATL FOR OUR ????. I WOULD POST A PICTURE, BUT SHE TOOK THEM OFF AND TOSSED THEM.
I don't want you to be sad/disappointed like I was. Go elsewhere and leave with a smile on your face instead of a frown. I just bought a home in Fairburn and am still learning the area. I have not found a nail salon close to home and didn't feel like driving all the way to John's Creek this morning, so I decided to give this place a try.
I was extremely disappointed. Upon entry, I was neither greeted nor acknowledged. I had to approach one of the nail techs, sitting closest to the entrance, and say hello. She finally greeted me; I then told her I wanted a fill-in. She simply said "okay," and nothing more. I proceeded to ask her how long the wait would be and she very dismissively said "30 minutes."
Needless to say, I quickly called another nail salon and jetted out of that place. Customer service is just as important to me as quality of the actual service. It is the experience that counts and these amateurs need to learn that! I would never give my money to a business that refuses to treat a paying customer with basic hospitality and you shouldn't either.
If I could give - Stars I would, I had stopped doing business with Nail Salons, and now I see why!!!!
Got my nails polished with Gel color and it chiped the same day, I go back to get fixed and had to wait 30 minutes for my Nail to look horrible.
They always do a great job with my pedicure!!! I Love the way they polish as well!! I'm very picky about that!!!
