Ty is the best! He made my experience so pleasant and warm. The ambiance is very positive and calm. There’s no loud music or people talking loud, it was relaxing. He asked me exactly what I wanted and gave me just that. He’s very professional and funny! You can talk to him about everything. He’s so polite. He saw that both my big toes were missing the side of my nails, cracked due to wearing closed toed shoes. He placed some acrylic and they came out so perfect! I’m so in love. He finished with a nice hand massage, as well. The pedicure was quick and easy. my feet came out so soft. They was no cuts or hard tugs. He’s very gentle but gets the job done. He gave me a very nice massage on my legs, followed by some hot towels after. 5 stars! They do have Gel X nails. It normally hurts me when they apply it and I didn’t feel a thing when he did it. He offered some bling and I gave in, it looks so cute and dainty on my ring fingers. My nails came out so elegant and clean, I couldn’t be happier! Please go to him! He rocks!
Terrible experience. The gentleman that did my names did not say one word to me. Very rude. Got mad that I changed the color I originally picked. And my nails came out like trash! They never fully dried after 5 hours (old polish) and now my nails are all marked up. Never coming back.

i went to this shop years ago referred by a friend. my first experience with jimmy the owner was great. i went for a 2nd visit to get a refill and fix a broken nail. they past me on to his niece, whom i immediately told her i like for all to be same, the arched acrylic not flat that nail looks like a trampoline. also i asked her not to change the form of the edges. i like the corners a tad rounded but the top not to straighten because somehow you end up with bunny nails. NONETHELESS the tech left a huge bump on a nail. got upset when i repeated 2 not to file and she didnt do the repair same as other nails... no matter what i asked she refused and it wasnt the language barrier because another naill tech explained. i returned a day later because i couldn't take the lump on thumb the flat nail etc.... i spoke to the owner and he said NO One has ever complaind about her..i said to the OWNEr.... so i the customer did my own nails and did this ...???? the owner started to talk in his native language and everyone laughing. i took it and he fixed all issues.. I never went back again. i decided that i would retry. well.... all i can say is that the guy lee gave me coffin style nails which i do not like, but too late, glued on!! wide in the back narrow slim in front. and filed totally as he pleased nothing like i like. i like the nail to be the same width but minimized...not pointy. i can do my own acrylics...have done mine for years....i just wanted pampering..... the place is dirty the tables and i hate to say but their attitude (even after tipping $5!!!) for unhappy style and filing, they act like cockeroaches... as it does not matter.. not even saying thank and good day did i get a response. sad... sad sad....... the only good experience was the first time and a lady kellie or kylie that did my feet....that is it...they will never see me again.....NEVER this style isn't my taste, and the technician should ask .... not glue away.... i will fix when its time for refill..which i will do myself with young nails product.

I've been here twice and I'm always in a hurry however, Tiffany has me in and out in about an hour with a perfect gel mani and regular pedicure. She was super quick but also paid a great deal of attention and did a wonderful job! Reasonably priced as well!
it's a good spot when not busy clients can get rude at times but you cant control that. just enjoy and relax
