This place did exactly what I wanted and they turned out great but, when I was in there me and my friend had an appointment so we could just walk in the lady took me first and everything was going fine tell other people that didn’t have an appointment started before my friend they probably took 3 other people besides her and then another lady walks in and says she doesn’t like her nails(they looked horrible and we’re not like the picture that she showed the guy) so she got a 15$ refund but her nails were 65$ so I suggest you have a simple design for them because I didn’t have a design but my turned out good little expensive but good nails. And another lady came in saying her nails popped off in less then a week so it’s only been 4 days since I got mine but I’m not sure!

Gary did my nails today and they are absolutely perfect! Attention to detail and took his time. My nails came out smooth and exactly how I asked for them(: !! 100/10 recommend.
I’m always happy with my experience at Ivy Nails & Spa! Gary is amazing he did my acrylic set today, he was fast and did the design I wanted perfectly- exactly like the picture! I will continue to come back.

I was nervous to come due to the negative reviews but it was fine. I got in within 15min of calling and Gary did my full set and repair. He came across as super knowledgeable but abrupt, it made sense seeing as he basically runs the place by himself. That being said everyone was really nice and friendly, you could tell they wanted to please. And they take ApplePay. I will come back for the pedi experience but honestly
I'm gonna be completely honest. Not once in my life have I had a pedicure. This place makes me want to get one at least monthly. They take pride in the work they do. My feet have never received so much love. I'm looking forward to the next one.
My daughter had a mani/pedi for the start of the new school year. Within two days the gel polish had come off of two nails. We went back to Ivy Nails to get it fixed, and the keep us waiting while the took six other people. So instead of fixing their mistake, the took new customers. The man working acted super nasty and put out like how dare we come back to fix defective service. We waited a long time as they took walk in after walk in. Not to mention the man working was rude and held his hand up to my child’s face as a stop gesture repeatedly shaking it in her face when she tried to follow him back to his chair, thinking it was her turn. He even yelled at us criticizing us in front of the entire salon. Huge waste of money, poor quality service, rude staff, refuse to fix their mistakes.
NOT KID friendly. The man was very RUDE to my daughter and her friend. He was making fun of the way they talk and did a bad job on their nails. We paid for pedicure & all he did was splash cold water on my daughters feet. We left so fast. I heard a complaints from customers saying their gel fell off, I do not recommend this place for children or adults if using gel.
Gary was absolutely amazing. I’m always hesitant about where to go because I worry they won’t understand exactly what I’m wanting or because they lack experience. He was efficient and did a beautiful job, would definitely recommend.
