I call before coming because it’s hard to get an appointment and they honor it. I visited the salon on 4/6/23. I came in for a manicure but I was made to feel that wasn’t important. I sat and waited 45 minutes before they acknowledged me. Then once I sat down they were taking everybody coming in the door and still wouldn’t give me any service. I asked when would they get to me and they continued to ignore me. I had the same experience in 2 more locations in this area. These salons are very rude to certain customers. If you are open for business, you should take everyone. People need to think more about spending their money with these Asians. They are very racist, and don’t have a problem showing it. If it wasn’t for my people, they wouldn’t have any business, but they don’t have any problems treating us like this.

This is by FAR the BEST nail salon I've ever been to in my life! Best customer service ever!! I really felt pampered and well taken care of! I highly recommend it! So worth it!!

This place is amazing! The decor is beautiful, it was super clean and my pedicure and gel mani was perfect and super relaxing. I HIGHLY recommend this place, I have been to hundreds of nail salons and this is best one I've ever been to!!

Best nail spot in the area! Always accommodating and very sweet. They did a great job and everyone is so nice and clean. Last set lasted over two months.

What makes me question these businesses is how rude they , my whole

Family does nails here you may think they will be polite but no they RUDE , to point of saying Ivy does not understand English and the male tech starts talking for her lets add the language they speaking in between they do that for you not to understand what they say.

Just because I asked for a color change on both my finger nails and toe nails .

They figured this time around i was not spending 120$ for nails so its a automatic nooo we closed

Ivy the male you had talk to disrespectfully did not need to be very aggressive not everyone is Rude and obnoxious.

Yall need to have better customer service also i saw no need for all your nail techs to talk for you because I know you speak English very well.

Learn to follow the Hours you put up and not follow your techs with what they say.

Not all money is good money but great customer service is important,

You should have never disrespected me the way you did i was politely just asking for a color change.

Keep in mind i even asked you why do other techs kept talking for you.

This was a horrible experience and unprofessional and uncalled for.

Would rate this salon more than 5 stars if I could. I always leave here feeling extremely satisfied with the service, nails and overall experience. I love this place and I don't think I'll ever want to go to another nail salon afterwards thank you!
