Absolutely disgusting. Sold us deserts that were 3 weeks yes 3 weeks out of date tried to rip labels off but forgot on one of them then tried to blame supplier.

I ordered the Kebab Feast through Just Eat, and it was a veritable feast, absolutely yummy. So much tho, defo enough for 4 people.

Beautiful presented kebab. Combination, chicken + lamb shish and lamb doner. Pitta and salad all for £9. Some bits of chicken were a little tough. But other than that. Very nice meal.
Absolutely appalling service...not for the first time may I add.... delivery missing 3 out of 5 items, called them and very rude, called again, even ruder, called a third time ( an hour and a half after original order) and they hung up on me! Shocking service and will. never use again.
Placed order told it would be 30 - 40 minutes after an hour and 15 minutes we rang to ask where the order was, we were told it was cooked and ready to be delivered. Another 40 minutes later (nearly 2 hours after order) it arrived. Pizzas were very over cooked / burnt and also stone cold.
We've had great food from Istanbul Chef in the past but this and the last occasion delivery has really let them down.
Disappointing!
Just had the worst experience in Istanbul chef kebab house, ordered a kebab feast which is advertised on both just eat and their takeaway menu at £16. Went into collect and paid with a £20 expecting change but none came. Asked them how much was my food and they £20. Price on menu on wall says £18 their response was prices gone up. Well they shouldnt be advertising at lower price then. Had all staff shouting at me to get out. Food was cold as well. Picked up when they told me it would be ready.
Chicken was dry and looked like it had been out for a week and doner meat was bitty and cold won't be using again
Bought kebab feast .. but the donor kebab was ridiculous..not at all fresh... it was dry... like waste of time and money .. not at all up to the price paid... £18
