Very quick haircut under 5mins. A fast haircut wouldn't be an issue if it was actually good, but it wasn't. Sideburns weren't cut evenly. Once I got back home, I realized one sideburn was significantly cut shorter than the other. Front bangs were choppy, probably because she only used clippers the most of time. You'll know a haircut is bad when they don't spend some quality time with scissors. There was some other strands of uncut hair sticking out which I took into my own hands, a simple fix.
She also called the hair style in the photo I showed a mohawk, as long she cuts it like the photo i'm good. However, it clearly wasn't a mohawk, not sure if they know what they're doing. Pretty funny, either way I'm never coming back despite living nearby.
Located in a fairly large shopping mall. Few ????/meatheads around here Except when they get their monthly dole, welfare, $$$.$$ but each week sees More Meth but perhaps no Nutrition for Weeks.......
We used to love how they cut my boys hair. But nowadays, their staffs are rude, in a rush & does sloppy work. Especially the short chubby woman. She would start cutting before I even told her what style I wanted. Today, my husband took the boys back to correct it. When I told her the lines werent straight, she refused to fix it and said it was my eyes. When they went back, she told my husband that she couldn't fix it and to shave their heads off, with the clippers ready in hand. If my kid didn't jump outtah the chair, she would have shaved it off. I do not recommend this place!
I used to come here for years I’ll never come back they were short staffed the fat lady told me that the owner was coming to do my hair I waited 30 mins during that time they kept changing the time I left. And the lady has asked me when I was pregnant if i was going to be breast feeding with my fake implants not knowing my breasts are real just assuming because im big up there. Shouldn’t be talking like that at all to customers unprofessional
Keep a good hair day with Teresa! She’s been my hairstylist for years. I came to her with a miserable hair, and now I’m absolutely over the moon with her fabulous job. Amazing artist, Talented colorist, and very friendly. She’s great! You won’t be disappointed!
Mai is very friendly and fast she always cut my hair the way I want been coming here to Mai since 2015
The lady was rude and straight up refused to do the cut we wanted. At first she said it can't be done. Then eventually said they won't do it... or they can't do it. We left and went to Great Clips and got it done just the way we asked with no attitude. Terrible experience.
I went in for a simple trim. Cut off 1 & 1/2 inch of dead ends. I wanted my hair cut all one length, no layers.
The lady who cut my hair cut my hair did so under 5 minutes. Once I got home I took a detailed look at my hair and noticed it was cut uneven all over and looked very choppy. I called the salon and let them know I was unsatisfied with my haircut and they let me know to come back in and they would fix it. I was very hesitant as they had already ruined it but what was I going to do? I went back in to the same lady who then proceeded to cut my hair and took longer than 5 minutes this time so I felt that maybe she would get the job done correctly this time. She ended up taking another 2 in off my hair, which really bums me out, and it is still uneven and choppy all over the place. I highly recommend not going here!
