My experience from START to FINISH was PERFECT! 1st off, this was a SATURDAY morning at about 9:45am...When I stepped in I immediately heard music, not too loud but enough to get my feet tapping! Anyway, next I signed in, and went to sit down...I was greeted by the owner, then went straight to get my hair washed!!! I chose a deep conditioning, which was wonderful. I requested not to do a roller set and just to straighten my hair BONE straight...which I received!! My HAIR IS PERFECT!! Thanks y'all! !

So far I'm kinda upset, I called and it went straight to voicemail but it was the only place that said open so I thought maybe they were busy and decided to drive there and see. They are not open until 12AM like it says here so I decided to leave pictures of their real hours so that no one else has to make a trip there.

I've been going here for about 4 years. If Iris is not available I will not get my hair done.Iris takes great care of my natural hair and is very gentle with natural hair. The other two there have pulled and tugged my hair from the roots causing breakage. One of the ladies knocked me upside my head with the flat iron. Not ok!

Love coming here to get my hair done! Iris is a beautiful person and she make sure your happy with your service. And she knows what she’s doing. Love the fact that she promotes healthy hair as well! Rare to find a stylist that knows what she’s doing and actually care about her clients ????

Update: So I came to get a wash and set today and my normal stylist was not in. So I was seen by the only stylist that was at the shop. Never again! ???? she was pulling my hair out than got upset when I was telling how to detangle my hair. She seem like she doesn’t know how to untangle hair from ends instead she pulls it from the roots down which breaks it off at the ends. Never again if my normal stylist isn’t here.

Have you ever sat under the dryer waiting for your stylist to finish her client. As you watch her finishing touches your thinking wow I could have done a better job. ???? Well her hair is short so hopefully she'll do a better job on my head. She (the lady with very short hair) was very aggressive with my hair. I asked if she was okay and she relaxed a bit but not gentle enough with my hair. I will admit my hair is straight however she burnt me several times with the dryer and flat iron. I'm left with a burn mark on my hair line and brown hair. The have natural gray hair and if the heat is to high it turns the gray hair brown. Last she asked if I wanted my hair straight or with body. My hair is fine so I told her I wanted a little body expecting a few bouncy curls. Well I left with Shirley temple curls all over. I literally just put it back in a ponytail an did it when I got home. ???? so much for that experience. The other ladies by the way seem to be more pleasant so .

The owner is very sweet and bubbly. I arrived at her shop to see if she could handle coloring my already yellowish ombre to silver. She tackled it as best as she could, considering I have a mane of hair, thick & down my back. We had to bleach my hair twice since it didn't lift as much as it needed, and colored it a few times for it to stick. After 8 hours & the price steadily rising due to the amount of product being used, I walked out with silverfish/yellow/greenish hair. Just kinda looked like how I would when I need to vomit. $250. She told me to come back and she'd recolor it since usually it takes more than one try. I came back and insisted that we go darker, she tinted it and it's now a darker gray ombre with some light brown in it. It looks great! So I am very satisfied for the quick change. $30 for the extra day's work. I know my head of hair is a lot of work & she was a good sport about it.
