My 2 stepdaughters just came home from getting their nails done (Age 13 and 8) and I'm appalled at how much they charged when they dared to butcher my 13 year old's finger! She said her nail tech was very aggressive with her nails. She is bleeding, says it burns and is in pain. She also said that after her finger was cut her nail tech and others working there looked at eachother, laughed and starting talking to eachother in their language. She felt they were making fun of her and what happened to her finger. Mind you, this isn't my stepdaughters first rodeo at having their nails professionally done. We just made a horrible decision to give this place a try. Now I have to keep an eye on her finger for a few days to ensure she doesn't get an infection. I have put antiseptic on it, but you never know with such an unprofessional place if they even clean their tools. If I could give a negative rating I would. Do not trust these people with your fingers let alone your children's fingers. They better pray she doesn't get an infection because next will be a lawsuit and that is a promise. Will add pics once I get her thumb to stop bleeding.

Exactly what I wanted! Went in without an appointment, last minute because I wanted my nails done for our engagement photos the next day. They fit me right in and Sara did an amazing job! They were great at recommending a type of manicure (for someone like me who hardly ever does this) and delivered exactly what I was wanting and looking for. Sara was also so nice! 10/10 recommend!

I come here all the time get my nails done and they always seem to out do themselves. If you have an idea/picture of what you want then they always get it done like the picture or even better. My nails always get compliments and I’m always satisfied when I leave. I love it here !! ♥️

This was the worst dipped nails I have ever received! I was back the next night to show the lady 2 nails had chipped. She told me I was picking at them! I was not. I told her I did not have time to stay then, but wanted to show them what was happening. I was to go back 2 days later. The next day more starting chipping. I tip a full 20%. I didn't bother going back. 2nd time trying this place. I will not go back again.

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now, and I never go anywhere else! The crew here is kind, and experienced. They always get our shape (for acrylic) PERFECT, and they are so creative. Bee is wonderful and I am always so so happy with my nails afterwards. As I’m getting my nails done I look around and see everyone else’s nails and I am just so impressed by the techs here. Best place in town. Thanks guys !

I love this salon! All of the staff are so genuinely kind and I always walk out feeling more beautiful than when I came in. DeDe offers the BEST pedicure ND wonderful leg massage.

A friend recommended Impress for their cleanliness practices & great work. I tried them for my first time today & was very impressed. As a licensed professional in the Cosmetology industry, I am usually very skeptical of poor sanitation practices as I have seen & heard horror stories; i usually just do my own gel polish at home actually. However, I decided to go for a pedi today & was very impressed. They got me right in & Yvonne was excellent! I would highly recommend them!
