Love this place so much - they have everything. I’ve been coming since they’ve opened. I come all the way from Bloomington to buy supplies from here. The staff is super friendly & they are mostly all black. As a customer I feel confident taking advice & suggestions from them when it comes to my hair. ????

Icon ALWAYS has what I’m looking for. I am NEVER. Rushed even though it takes me an abnormal amount of time to decide what to get. The owners are cool and the staff is helpful and informed. It’s diverse and is always stocked up. No where else has the quality either as I love Sensationelle and they have plenty! Love it!

Super organized. Clean store. This is my first time in a wig /beauty supply store. Employees offered to help my husband and I (they could tell we had no idea what we were doing). Lots of free, available parking too!

By far one of the best Beauty Supply stores I’ve visited in my lifetime! Customer service is top notch. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and engaging when making a purchase. The hair and wigs are great quality with multiple selections. This will definitely be my new favorite go-to store. Thank you for the gift bag!

I usually go to 7 mile hair store in Brooklyn park but since I noticed this store I’ve gone here for my basic hair needs as well as any client hair needs when doing hair. The store is always very clean and the staff are nice and welcoming. I kind of know where everything is as it’s not a really big store but I’ve been enough to know where area of the store my items are in and I like that I can go straight to my needs, since I have a tendency to over shop when I’m just looking around. The selection of hair supplies are also good. Over all it’s a great quite location to shop. They also have a point system. Though I haven’t used any, mainly because when they explained it I didn’t retain what was said so I’m not sure what exactly happens with the points you gain after every visit. But it’s nice! Definitely returning.
