Variety of hair products, make up, and nail supplies. Very friendly employees

Cool place to shop but not professional when it comes to their so call rewards program. The points don’t ever roll over so you can never get to a actual discount. I called to ask the owner and he just gave the phone to the cashier didn’t even answer my question. The cashier could not answer my question either just told me to keep my receipts. What’s the point of giving your phone number to get the points for the reward program if it don’t keep track and I should just keep my receipt. I don’t plan on shopping there anymore I literally drive from Mojave to shop there. They don’t appreciate their value customers at all and I been going there for six years

The workers there are amazing. They are extremely helpful and very nice. But when I was in there trying to make a pretty decent purchase the owner kept calling the ladies and interrupting our interaction. I have been trying for a very long time to get a human wig, And I finally found the one I wanted. And the owner calls the front desk and tells the worker that I have to take off the wig. So I obliged... And at least two other times after that, there were more calls to the front desk... interrupting to the point where I could not ask any questions or get any more information. Its a shame

This supply store has so many different products and at very reasonable prices! I went in for hair dye and left with several new make up products to try for less than $25! The two employees who were working were both sweet and helpful!

I am not going to that beauty supply anymore the atmosphere isn't the same anymore since the coronavirus appeared into the world. The employees do not tell you where to stand when you are ready to pay and leave. When the owner is not there a whole lot of customers are inside of the beauty supply because the employees allow that to happen. We are going through a pandemic (coronavirus) people can get sick. I pray no one gets sick either. The employees are different there not the same as the other ones that are not there anymore. The cashier was mean to me. I reminded her about the rewards. She doesn't want you to give your phone number. She wants you to pay and leave????

Give him a five because they have everything I need. But I was not comfortable with the girl standing there but when I look up she was watching the camera. I guess a lot of people go in there stealing so she have to watch the camera while people shop in their instead of asking me may I help you because everyone don't steal

There are great products here and I enjoyed my visit here wishing I could buy so many of them. The only problem was the very high prices on a lot of the items. There were a few things that were good prices but not many. Of you are looking for a place with prices you can afford it's not here. If you have money to spend that way they do have some great things. Sorry just way over priced for me, I would be there everyday if prices were affordable and comparable to other beauty stores.

The owner is so nice great customer service and always willing to help they have great product also could use a wider selection but over all better then Genesis beauty supply would shop here again
