Andy does an amazing job! I always get my nails dipped ombre! Never had any problems with my nails and they always turn out fantastic! I can't thank Andy enough for the care he takes and the wonderful job he does!!
SO IMPRESSED!! All I can say is… Andy is AMAZING!!! After many years of neglecting my hands/nails, I decided I needed to get some nails!!! I Googled for places to go. I read the reviews for I Spa Nails and headed there immediately! As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by smiling, happy technicians. (Not just a ‘hello’ from someone with their head down). I was shown to a seat and asked to pick out what color I wanted my nails done in. I guess, Andy could tell I couldn’t decide what shade to pick, so he came over and asked if he could help.. I showed him a picture of what I wanted (Blue tipped French manicure) and he immediately knew what I needed!! I was AMAZED at his artistic talent as I watched him created BEAUTIFUL, natural looking, perfect nails with his paint brush! (And while he was working on me, I got to see the gorgeous nails that 2 of the other techs did on their clients!! They were beautiful too!) Andy at I Spa Nails just got another loyal client! I will be back and I will never go anywhere else!

This place is awesome. I got a pedicure and dip powder. My pedicure was so relaxing and everyone did a great job. Andy is amazing! I showed him a photo of what I wanted and I got exactly that. I wasn’t familiar with acrylics, dip powder, etc but he was informative and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!
First time here and my experience was amazing. I requested Andy because everyone in the review was happy with his work. Literally waited for 5 mins and he was ready for me, I got super lucky because 5 people walked in right after. He took his time, did an amazing job, we had an awesome conversation, he was a perfectionist. I will be coming back!!
I had a funky design I wanted to try and the gentleman who did them said “no problem! Easy!!” And he made it look just that - he did a wonderful job getting exactly what I wanted, was precise, kind, funny, and a good listener. I have been here several times and have never been disappointed!
I’ve been going here for almost a year now and they are almost polite, quick, and attentive. Great customer service and Kevin did an amazing job with my design. If u haven’t stopped by u definitely need to ask for Kevin or Andy.
HORRIBLE! The worker was on the phone and writing stuff down while “doing” my nails. I was asked if I wanted regular polish or gel. I chose regular polish and picked a color. The works kept insisting that I get gel ($15 more than original price) and kept declining it but she/he offered countless more times so I went ahead and got it. While she was doing my nails the filing was horrible not to mention the nails are not the same lengths. She put the gel on my nails and she missed spot. So it was spots that had no top coat gel on them. I pointed it out to her and she chuckled and fixed it. I went to pay and was told it would be $55 which makes the gel $20 when it was supposed to be $15 more. So I paid and asked her could she fix the other nails that were missing top coat. She put more top coat on the nails THE FILLED THEM. Why are you filing nails AFTER you polish and top coat them. MY NAILS LOOK LIKE FREAKING TICK TAC MINTS. Bulky and ugly. THEY WERE BULKY BEFORE THE TOP COAT. Do not waste your money. Simply Nails on Pines Road is the best hands down. This place is HORRIBLE. I really want a freaking refund…but I’m not going to be that person.
Definitely recommend this salon from all the others in town. Come see Aleena, she’s been the sweetest and did such a great job on my nails!! As someone who has been to many salons in town I must say this one is the best! 5 stars!
