First time here as a walk in, wait was not horrible girl who attended me was friendly. I did SNS powder with Jason, who was also nice very light hands I was so relaxed I was falling asleep. Place looks clean but I do need to confirm if the separately package their equipment to sterilize. Happy to have found this establishment since I’m new to the area. Trying to upload pic but not sure how.
Sorry, not dissatisfied with the service at all. Sorry if that’s what you understood. I will definitely return.
About about 2 weeks ago I got my nails done over here by Li Li. She did my manicure and was so sweet and helpful with picking out a color and design! I even loved how the person that did my toes wanted them to look perfect and even got help so it could be done right. Overall, they were really nice and took good care of me. With drying my toes, they got cold while air drying and I was still sitting there for a while wondering how much longer they would have to dry. I’m glad I did ask about it and they allowed my feet to be under the drier to help them dry faster and it warmed my feet up. I loved how they gave me shoes for my feet as well. But, today I look at my nails and it is already peeling and I got the gel coating. I’ve been to nail salons where the nails lasted for 3 to even 4 weeks before it even started chipping or peeling. I’m not trying to leave a bad review but I am so disappointed that the work done here is being undone in just under 2 weeks. I really wished they lasted longer! :(
Love How friendly they all are. I have been to so many nail salons, and finally I found one who truly takes their time with you, and treats you well. I highly recommend.
I may not return after my experience today.
First off Li Li is wonderful and she deserves 5 stars across the board. So anything I’m about to report should not reflect her at all! I adore her and her work if you do decide to go here she is awesome.
I called at 10am when they opened to see if Li Li had availability for today. On the phone I was told yes. I asked what time best worked for her, they said 11:30 am. So now I have my day planned so I can be helped by in my opinion my favorite nail tech. It’s silly but I’ve been hurt and scraped and cut by other nail Places in the past and I really only trusted up until now Was a small place with one nail tech, and now this location with megan and li li both of these girls are great, gentle and accurate.
I get there at 11:28 and she’s unfortunately helping someone, ok that’s fine. A little annoying but fine. I was told someone equally good was available and he could help me. This older gentleman sits down and begins to go to work on my nails. Right away he’s filling too hard into my nail bed. I jump and say ow, thinking that may be enough for him to lighten up. This proceeds through out my appointment, I can honestly say this was one of the most painful nail experiences by far. I said ow, and tried to pull my hands away a few times, but no matter how I reacted or asked him; he didn’t stop. My cuticles were filed down raw some portions nearly bleeding. I was now uncomfortable and didn’t want to speak anymore let alone have my nails done.
I asked for a certain nail polish that can be designed into cat eye marble pattern and that in itself was not a pleasant experience either. Li li came to assist and it turned out better.
Before Li Li came to assist, this gentleman acted as if he couldn’t have cared less for my nails and gave the energy that my appointment was now his burden or an imposition.
I was beyond anxious to get the appointment over with. At the end I was fit to say my grievances when I pushed to accept earrings I cannot wear as I had mentioned to the front desk, cuticle oil, and 5$ off my next 10$ purchase…..
I felt wholly insulted. I said that this was a painful experience and I did not feel comfortable taking anything. They insisted. I understand this was their way of perhaps apologizing however I felt my comment, and wants as their client was entirely glossed over.
I’m sad that the place I thought I liked has now been soured.
I don’t think I will be returning, I did not care for the way I was made to feel during my appointment. I do not care for my pain to be ignored, and most importantly I do not care to be passed off with gifts rather than fixing what was wrong.
The INails and Spa facility is a wonderful place to enjoy having your nails and spa services done. Very friendly staff and clean environment. Contact them the next time you want to get your nails or spa services done.
I’ve been a customer here for years . Hands down the most amazing nail salon in Casselberry! Fannie is honestly the best. She’ll take good care of your nails. 10/10 recommend.
I am sooo disappointed with a refill I received Friday, August 10th. I couldn't see the pitting and uneven texture when I left the salon because my nails were still slightly wet but as they dried they looked increasingly worse. Now only 3 days later the color looks yellow and they are lifting on the sides. Pics day one show texture with pitting, and next 2 pictures show color and lifting. Literally only 3 days.
Absolutley the best pedicure I've ever had amd thaw nails are so pretty. Thank you. Definatley make an appointment here.. customer service is excellent. And work is beautiful
