Amazing Experience! Definitely worth the wait. Best nails I’ve ever had!

Walked in on a Saturday Morning with my friend. It was very busy and you could tell they were short staffed. There were about 5 people ahead of us but we were seated within an hour and were constantly being checked on to let us know it would just be a little bit longer. My nails turned out beautiful, I had dipped nails with tips, with a light pink to a a soft white ombré. Definitely going to make an appointment next time so I don’t have to wait but would happily wait again for the results I received. Will be coming back!

Edit : I talked with the manager / owner and she was very nice about the whole situation and offered to get them fixed for me next day. I went in and got them reshaped and painted and they look much better now. Very glad they handled this professionally and got it fixed fast. My only lasting gripe would be to let someone know before doing a removal that you will be ripping them off and not soaking, especially if you charge for that removal. Overall this was handled well and I am happy with the salon.

Went in this morning for a acrylic removal and new set. The guy who did my nails was very nice and had great customer service however he ripped off my former acrylic set with a nail tip instead of soaking or filling them off. That caused a great deal of pain. I asked for almond shape nails with a glitter polish. The polish is pretty, but the nails are misshapen and lumpy. They are not almond shape at all. They are also not flush to my cuticles and there is a gap. When he put the new acrylic on after forcefully ripping off my last set it burned. This has never happened before when getting a new set and I believe it was caused by the way he removed my previous set. The full service was 65$ which would have been an okay price had they been done right and I was not hurt so much. I've been going here since they opened and have never had an issue like this but this was unacceptable and if not fixed in not sure I can return here for future service, which sucks because it's a nice salon.

Just got these done Thursday 12/22, by Friday, I had a chipped nail, was out of town and now today another chipped nail! Smh. Really nice people but the quality of the service is not the best. Now I have pay AGAIN to repair their work.

The very next day, the nail chipped. This isn’t my 1st experience w/ this company nor is it the 1st time a nail has chipped. It’s the 1st time I’m saying something bc I wasn’t planning to ever return. I only returned bc it was last minute and I couldn’t get in w/ my REAL nail tech right before the holidays.

Please don’t tell me to be mindful of my reviews when I’m the customer who has had the experience on more than one occasion however I said something once. You have several negative reviews which says a lot. Again, this isn’t my 1st time w/ you all and AGAIN….The quality of the service needs to be better. Period.

Let me just start out by saying, I have never written a review before so you know this had to have really bothered me. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon…the lady didn’t understand what I wanted, so I adjusted (which is fine). She rushed the entire time, they were uneven (the polish), chunky, and I even had to ask her to pull hair out of it not once but twice. When she told me it was $25 dollars for the design I wanted (which was literally

4 stars on three fingers and glitter on those same fingers as the stars) in which she said she couldn’t do the design but had stickers for, I explained I didn’t want that anymore. She began to start yelling at me and said I would have to pay $10 more for the glitter that she put on three of my nails (that we’re getting the design, and looked completely stupid). She then yelled I was ridiculous for asking her to take the glitter off and just keep the base color. She sprayed nail remover on all my nails, even the ones that were okay, and stated scrubbing roughly. She painted over the glitter and made it look like i had a fungus. The entire time while yelling at me. Thankfully another worker helped and redid my fingers- looking much better. (They’re lucky he redid them bc if i posted the picture of her work…)She sat there the entire time he was doing my nails and talking about me (She made it very obvious). I felt completely embarrassed and ridiculed. Will never return.

They are absolutely awesome! This was my first time going and Lyn was a ROCKSTAR! I normally get square or rounded square nail, but she talked me into getting a coffin shape for my nails. And i have to say I will be getting this shape from now on. She knocked the design I wanted out of the park! They didn’t have an exact match to the copper color I wanted, but she went out of her way to create the color I wanted!

Got a removal that ruined my natural nails. There are deep grooves made by the drill. Will take months to grow out the damage. The Manicure was also poorly done. Bad shaping and a cut that bled almost 30 minutes after leaving. Never again. I'll add pictures without polish so grooves can be seen.

Idk what to say only one of my daughters like their nails they both love their toes tho, I couldn’t get the design I wanted but the guy did amazing NOW the reason they got 1 star is because my daughter nails look like they should have been MAYBE 45-50 and she tried to charge 75! I think tf not! I will never come back here.
