Very dog friendly establishment and there's always a nice welcome from the owner Harry, the manager and all of the staff. There's a great choice of wine, and they regularly have new beer on tap which is great. The staff pop round the tables to see whether you want any more drinks rather than you having to always go to the bar, altbough there is never a long wait at the bar anyway. The atmosphere here is always happy and relaxed, and everyone always seems to be having loads of fun. I don't think we'll ever tire of coming to the house of grain.
Fabulous little bar, very friendly staff, great selection of beers. Recommend the shin beef hash cakes.
Excellent drinks, really tasty food, great service, and the perfect atmosphere. Have I mentioned the really delicious drinks? You really must try the Singapore Sling, wowza!
Absolutely smashing bar to visit after a walk in the Quarry park! Cheery staff and a great range of beers including zero alcohol options if you prefer.
