I’ve been going here for years and they are the sweetest!! They have amazing prices and amazing technicians.
Good customer service as far as friendly and convenient goes. Yet nail service on acrylic is a 2 star for sure. Thick. Nail shape a bit off and charged more for a regular length. I've tried a lot of salons in Erie. My impression here is just overpriced for the service provided. Maybe even $5 less would've been a better deal. Lol.
We had a horrible experience at Neon Nails and saw Hot nails around the corner, they took 3 of us for pedicures and 1 manicure without an appointment and no wait. They were wonderful. They even performed the manicure at the the pedicure station. In addition, they did a wonderful job with an eyebrow wax. It is great to get all of the necessities in one place with GREAT service. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
My friend and I spontaneously decided to get a pedicure after eating nearby and they did a great job and were very friendly and nice to talk to. I got Deb and she was very sweet.

Not impressed was my first time getting my nails done so i didnt know a lot of things. The guy had an attitude because of my lack of knowledge on getting nails done. Nails are uneven and rushed acrylic job. Asked for a french tip the nail polished was globbed on, missing nail polish in some places and did not add a top coat. Do not recommend.
