This was the second time going to this salon and they were fast and efficient both times. They didn't have to many people in the shop, either of the visits, and they follow covid protocols by wearing a mask at all times. They are still reasonably priced and the offer everything!

Tech was on his phone - had me waiting - I than had to clean my own nails out & he says- “am I ready yet” I tell him I tip base off how the polish & nails not falling off - it painted over top of my skin & less than 10 hours my nails are palling off already.

horrible business never open on time then they can be very rude i user to come here for years straight once the main owner left and left it to the other two people in there it had went down tremendously they rush on your hands and feet and prices are always different each time you go so i tried to keep supporting because i understand mistakes but they are just completely unprofessional and no to mention they don’t even have business hours up on the door anymore nor online smh i’m just so disappointed being i’m 26 and was coming here since 15 years old

The only thing I can say good, is don’t even try this place. They are rude and have no idea what customer service is.

DO NOT GO HERE! I would give this place zero stars if it were an option, as I feel that one star is too generous. I paid $30 (plus a 20% tip) for gel nails that chipped after 4 days, and when I nicely asked to get them repaired they wanted to charge me $8. They argued with me and told me that the chipped nails were my fault. The guy who did my nails said he couldn't guarantee gel nails past 2 days. I told him that gel nails should last two weeks, but he said he had no idea how long they would last. I didn't understand how he didn't know how long they should last when he was the one who did them. This place uses cheap products, including the $2 Wal-mart nail polish that I saw on the shelf. Even worse, I never once saw them clean anything and they tried to do my nails over a dirty paper towel covered in the previous customer's nail polish. Disgusting. Stay away.

If I could give them a zero, I would! I came I. For a mani pedi. Before they even started, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and asked if they could do it. They told me I grabbed the wrong color. I asked again if they could do it and they asked me to have a seat. The lady that did my pedicure was excellent. However, the female that did the rest of my manicure was super rude! She messed up my nails and when I pointed out that they didn’t look like the picture, she put another polish on top and told me, “See? That look worse.” I agreed and told her that the glitter should gradually fade into the color. She then said, “well, we don’t have that polish.” Really? Why not tell me that from the get go so we don’t waste each other’s time?? I asked if I could please just get the 4 nails that she polished with glitter changed to the same black as the rest of my nails. She basically yanked at my hands as she re painted the nails! When she came back to spray the nails, she yanked me again! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!! The female with the star necklace should not be dealing with customers!
