This salon and Mai is amazing. I’ve been coming here for 4 + years and haven’t found a better place for my pedicures. Mai takes her time and does a thorough job with my nails. Her leg and feet massages are amazing. I will not go to another salon.

I love hot nails! They do all the latest trends and they are affordable! My nails all stay on and dont break for a couple months!! I love to go to cindy she is an artest!! I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve gone here for a year and it’s my favorite. Sometimes I make an appointment, sometimes I don’t. Scheduled one today and was assisted immediately. I went to Vii and she killed it! Highly recommend.

I have been here once about 3 years ago. I did not like it (not entirely sure why) so I did not go back. The last couple of months, I went to Hot Nails three times for a full set and shellac because my roommate convinced me that they must have gotten better. My nails always looked good. The ladies did what I wanted, but the edges by my cuticles always peeled. Before I started going here, I could push it to about three weeks before needing a fill, but here I could barely make it to two weeks before they peeled. They would also break easily. I have broken at least one nail after getting my nails done here each time. It is really bothersome. It never happened to me at my other nail places. I did read other reviews and noticed that other ladies said the same thing. I'm sure they do well in other areas for nails, but the acrylics just did not hold up. I peeled them off each time because I did not have the time or money to be going back every two weeks. Never have I ever had to peel my nails off within two weeks time. Like I said, the colors were great and the ladies are lovely, but maybe it's their acrylic powder products? I just wish they didn't peel so easily. Maybe it is a place I will try again in another couple of months/years, but as for now, I am still on the search of the perfect salon.

Ii love hot nails. The staff are friendly and they always do a fantastic job! 8 would recemend even to men to try the deluxe pedicure at Hot Nails!.

Got a full set and about 2 fills. Fills kept lifting after only 1.5 weeks. Got fungus on my real nails. This has NEVER happened to me. Thought, well, okay, I’ll go back and ask for a refund. They said it’s not their fault. That my hands are probably too wet and they get moisture under there. I work at an office. The most I get my hands we are in the shower. They nade no effort to fix anything or keep me as a returning customer.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went in with daughters got the works done ended up cutting my foot called to let them kno and they weren't concerned about it at all. Pay the extra and go else where . Will never go back

Very unprofessional, the girl left in the middle of doing my nails went to get another customer’s eyebrows waxed had me wait 20 minutes to get back finish my nails! Not coming back.
