It's very sad Beaver county nail salon's are the worse in customer service, poor time management and the quality of their products are cheap. I recently moved from the City and didn't want to keep driving an hour to my regular nail shop. This was the fourth nail salon I have tried in Beaver county. I have been getting dip power for almost 5 years now. With this nail place being the 4th shop in beaver co with bad service, I'm going back to the city. Where they are welcoming, friendly and have better quality in their products.

I made an appointment with Hot nails and was seated 20 mins after my scheduled appointment, ok not too bad. The male nail tech started my nails. Halfway through, I guess one of his "regulars" came in. So he had his wife finish my nails, unacceptable. She did not shape them the way I asked but I loved the color I picked. They charged me $10 more than what I use to pay and what they quoted me the price over the phone. Plus, I'm a generous tipper and still tipped $10, that's my minimum tip for nails.

Four days later, 3 nails broke. They were closed, of course on Thanksgiving and the day after. When I called to confirm my schedule appointment (thinking they would be willing to fix an unhappy customer nails), the woman repeatedly kept saying I do not have an scheduled appointment and I called the wrong nail shop. When I said, Is this Hot Nails in Chippewa. She said, Yes in PA. I said, Yes, this Sat at 1pm, I'm getting dip power, than she remembered. When I informed her that my nails broke 4 days after getting them done. She replied, maybe you got them too long, not our fault. No, I got my nails cut short as possible. And if I did get them long, there is no reason for more than 3 nails to break less than a week after getting them done. At my nail shop in the city, I can go 3 weeks without any nails chipping or breaking, $10 less.

This place was Overpriced with poor customer service, cheap and poor quality in their products. Never again.

The wife has been going here for years. Always good conversation and professional service. If you’re from the area and looking for quality-this is your go to nail spot. They also do eyebrow waxing.

Came here to get my ugly pedicure redone. Song was my nail tech she was very sweet and did an amazing job plus she did my eyebrows they look amazing. This will be my new place for all my nail service praying they don't let me down..

I always read reviews and I shamefully never write them. I am taking the time now because I thought the entire establishment did a great job. From my phone call earlier today requesting a same day appointment, nail tech (Tom) took me exactly on time & gave me exactly what I asked for, & then the young lady who did my pedicure quickly and beautifully. PERFECT. They were kind & professional. If you’re reading this then trust me and book your appointment. Remember that although walk ins are welcome you shouldn’t expect immediate service. Be kind they work very hard. (Trying to figure out how to add a pic ????)

Did my nails exactly how I asked! ????

First time going here and on the plus side their prices are pretty good but on the negative they can't do any kind of good design's and we weren't greeted at all when we walked in. I showed Song a picture of what I wanted which was a coral color with a simple white flower painted on the accent nail. She told me it wouldn't look exactly like the picture which I already figured that but what she tried to paint on my nail didn't even look like a flower at all so I asked her to take it off. I told her to just make any kind of pretty design instead but it didn't seem she was even capable of doing that so after changing the design 4 more times I was frustrated and just wanted to leave! I finally said forget it and kept the last one just so I could leave. If you are wanting just a simple paint job then you might like this place but if you like to express yourself through your nails in any way shape or form then go somewhere else!

It's crazy to see so many 5 stars for this nail shop...They are not welcoming and cheap products...They must be paying people to leave 5 start reviews...

A wonderful place to go for a pedicure or any other services they offer. Song does a great job & is always pleasant, gentle & kind.
