Ordered takeaway from here for the second time last night. Excellent food and very reasonably priced. But what most impressed me was the fact that they had missed two pancake rolls from our order and I didn't notice until I'd brought the food home. They were extremely polite and apologetic and arranged for the missing items to be delivered and they arrived within 5 or 10 minutes with another apology. Excellent service and makes you feel they really appreciate their customers. Great food and great people.

Just had a curry delivery from hongs cotmandene it was realy nice looked and tasted tasted fresh realy enjoyed it will use them next time
So disappointing. We’ve regularly ordered from Hongs for the last 8 years because the food used to be delicious. The last few times have been below standard. The quality and portion size has gone down and the price has gone up, plus they have given us the wrong dish. Not to mention the woman in there is rude. We will be finding a new regular Chinese restaurant.
Had dinner take away: soup, chow mein, curry etc. Everything was very fresh and delicious. My whole family enjoyed it! Made our evening. The price is very reasonable too. The staff was helpful, polite, tidy and friendly. ???? will order again next week!
Have been using this take away for quite a few years and always been good. However since lock down their prices have jumped up nearly £ 1 per dish, not only that the quality of the chicken seems to be really cheap cuts or they have changed their cooks. I for one am going elsewhere.
