Honestly this was not such a good experience. I never would go there again. Let’s start of with my manicure. First I was just glue some nails . They didn’t even take the dead skin around my nails and prep them before getting my full set , for that I could of done them myself. I mean I have all my dead skin still . After they painted them and all that they just said wash your hands and go pay. Like I didn’t even get lotion applied to my hands or ask if I like them or anything. This is my first time getting them done in NC and I can’t believe how they just take people and take them out without asking anything or doing anything to the nails. I mean I am not no expert but I have gotten my nails done many time to know the process. Let me not get started with my toes basically the same thing expect the lady that did my toes did a little better but still not worth the 81$ I was charged.

I was getting a full set on my nails and everything was going good until the guy decided to take his lunch break in the middle of him doing my nails. I waited about 20 minutes with half of my nails done. Finally a lady comes over after about 25 minutes and finishes my nails. They wanted me to pay full price but I told them for the inconvenience of me having to wait I would only give them $45. On top of me waiting they said my nails were finished but the polish looks messy. I was told not to come back but baby you ain’t gotta tell me twice

Terrible service!!! They act really racist here. Wouldn’t speak to me but spoke to everyone else. Went there for Jenni and she says she couldn’t take me and full for the day. However it’s 2pm and I told her I’m the only one waiting and asked if we have to schedule now. She says no. Then says the people getting their toes done are waiting for her knowing it’s a lie because it’s other nail technicians that will be doing their nails as well. She do not have all those people getting their toes done to do by herself! Last time giving this place a try. They don’t deserve our money. I rather spend where everyone is accepted.

I took my mom to get a simple gel manicure, and all they did was paint her nails (which I could’ve done) and added clear coating. As the day went by, her nails just started chipping. Terrible job overall. Never going back there again. Please don’t waste your time and money here.

Went in on 2/7/2023 for eye brow waxing… left with a burnt eye lid… when I called back on 2/8/2023 to speak to owner or manager the call was disconnected and when I called back and explained the situation no solution was offered…. Beware when using this salon….

Tiffany has been doing my nails for at least 6 years now and always does an absolutely wonderful job. I have never received anything less than amazing customer service from this establishment. ❤️ -Belle

They have a pretty bad rap, but I went midday on a Tuesday and was seen right away by a male. He was pretty nice and conversational. My fill was pretty good. 4 stars because I don’t like being asked to pay before finishing/painting. Feel like he was implying I would steal or walk out without paying, which I’d never do. Other than that honestly they’re not that bad.

I usually come here if I need my eyebrows done in a hurry going to work. Yesterday it was packed so I couldn't get an idea who was doing wax services. They put me in a back room where I sat for about 30mins before I seen anyone. my brows were arched and I just needed a little clean up. Now I wear glasses so whenever I put my glasses on it takes a second to adjust to being able to see again. I hurry to the car so as not late to work because I didn't expect to be there almost an hour for a simple brow wax service and realize my eyelid, not brow, is on fire. waxing usually doesn't bother me much less BURN really intense. I look in the mirror at work and I AM BEYOND UPSET. One brow is too short at the corner of my eye, both are completely different shapes with one making me look like I am questioning everything, the other had the arch smoothed out and my right EYELID has been ripped. skin peeled off!!! Hoping I don't get an infection due to knowing that wax wasn't changed when I was in there and really upset I paid. I look ridiculous, my face hurts and here it is the next day having to put triple antibiotic ointment on and cant even wear makeup now. 10/10 UNSATISFIED AND WANT TO CRY. WHY DID I PAY TO HAVE THIS DONE?
