have been getting compliments about my eyebrows and lashes. My LASHES I REPEAT MY LASHES IS STILL ON! And like new just like the picture it's been 3 weeks I love how she took her time doing my lashes and eyebrows. I gave her a nice 10 tip she was amazing and she did my eyebrows EXACTLY how I told her I wanted to be. I also let my brows grow out for like 3 months so it was worth it. She did that???????????? thank you give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the lady so sorry don't know her name.but she is tatted uuuuup ????

Why support why work hard to get your money to support a business that can’t provide you with basic human decency? I’m just visiting I’m from Detroit and live in Atlanta I ain’t never and will never they don’t do nails well enough to still be in business with this attitude y’all need to demand better.

$30 gel manicures looks very unprofessionl and uneven at base

I am almost positive you can see the dead skin appearance on my feet and the excess acrylic on my cuticles huh. Yes 10mins ago ... I will never go back. In such hurry to take other customer. Focus on who is in front of you first please

Soooo GIRRRRLLLLAAA….it’s literally been 6 years since I came here (I wrote a review SIX YEARS AGO, with a 1 star and I’m back with ANOTHER ZERO STAR IF I COULD).

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!

I ONLY came in because my daughter needed her nails done last minute and we were just desperate for something quick and close.

My daughter came back out to the car and said the lady was inexplicably rude to her just for asking did she any openings and said she didn’t get a clear response SOOO mama bear went in to try to ask calmly if there were any openings..

CHILLEEE before I could even get my question out Julie cut me off and RUDELY said IM BUSY. (Clinch my pearls) I asked “are you ok? Because my daughter came in first and said you were rude now you’re being rude to me” she proceeds to ROLL her eyes, talk over me as I was trying to talk (not yelling) until I said “YOU ARE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS?”

Lie to you not… I swear to you she said “WHATEVER”…

I walked out and went to Nail Pizazz on MLK and got the best service ever.

WE NEED TO STOP SUPPORTING BUSINESSES THAT SET UP SHOP IN OUR NEIGHBORHOODS THAT TREAT US LIKE TRASH. HORRIBLE DISGRACE!

I used this nail salon based on a word of mouth for the first time . Staff was very unprofessional , and chose a to do what she wanted to do . I constantly told her I needed a dip powdered since I work at a hospital and cannot do the fake nails . At my dismay whatever she did did not last 2 days . The nail polish starting to peel off . I called and spoke with a male staff about it and he admits that the woman that did my nail did not understand to do it and asked me to come back however the time I had available he cannot do even though I explained that it is not easy with schedule and i cannot promise during the week to be on a scheduled time . He was also not accommodating even thought they knew what they did was wrong . They charged me 65 dollars plus a tip of 10 dollars but still could not be accommodating to fix their mistake . Therefore their staff is very unprofessional nor do they deliver the service you asked and paying for . They do what is easy for them . Very displeased and dissatisfied with their service and will never recommend this HOLLYWOOD NAILS to anyone. I even asked for a refund and they refused to do that what business do not refund if dissatisfied .

The first time I visited this salon the tech did a very good job. The second time not so great, the design I got done was a little sloppy and my nails were longer than I wanted. I went today for a fill and repair and I’m very disappointed. The tech didn’t ask if I wanted my nails to be cut down like they usually should, underneath my tips you can see my real nail which shouldn’t happen when you get a fill. The French tips are sloppy and uneven, nails are too long and some are not straight at all. The overlay is thick and bumpy looking when they should be smooth. I left with polish on my fingertips and crud that wasn’t filed underneath my nails. I came here because it is just a few minutes from home but I should’ve gone all the way to Baltimore where they took time to do my nails and gave me the best manicure I’ve had in years. Hollywood nails has given me the worst manicure and I will not be coming back.

Very ghetto to say the least! The owner/Mom of the shop that sits in the back very very rude!! Needs a customer service review. I believe they feel we need them so they can treat People/Blk anyway they please when in reality they need us! Most of the buisness you all receive is African American aswell there thousands of other shops in the area!

I for sure will never return and will let others know!
