My daughter and I love this nail salon. The owner Christy is very nice and take really good at taking care of everyone. The salon is always clean, and of course she does our nails very beautifully every time. We have being going for over two years and we’re always happy with our nails.

I would like to say that this nail salon is one of the best in Maryland! I went here with my sister and my mom and had the best experience. I got Valentine’s Day themed acrylic’s though they didn’t have exactly what I wanted, they improvised and made it better. I definitely will be coming back in the future!

Want to look like a hand model!… Come get them done at Hollywood Nail Spa. Love my nails. Stays healthy!

I won’t go back. The customer service is bad and the quality of the nail job is subpar. I will say the gentleman who did my pedi did a great job though. He took his time and the paint job was on point.

Very clean and professional. Richard did a wonderful job with my nails. I'll definitely will be back and recommend that you ask for him, if you go.

I got there at 10a (opening time)

I asked for pink and white ombré nails... I even showed a picture. I saw the manager “coaching” the young lady who was about to do my nails, so I already was skeptical. As she was doing my nails...I noticed she wasn’t experienced in what I asked for, so I asked questions & she explained once she filed them...they would be okay. She finished and told me to wash my hands...nails were awful, she asked if everything was okay and responded no & showed her why, the ombré was differently on each nails and I didn’t not fade pink to White smoothly. The manager took over, after filing for a while, she told me she would need to do a new full set. By this time, it was 12:00 and I still needed a pedicure & had another appointment elsewhere at 2p. So I declined. She fixed them to the best of her ability but they still were not correct. I was given 20% off, it is now a week later & have one broken nail and another one lifting. I am not saying this is a bad establishment, but MY experience was not good at all. I appreciate the manager doing what she could to “fix” them, but admitting that the nail style could not be done up front would have been nice.

Worst experience EVER! This place is very unprofessional. In the middle of removing my acrylic nails the nail tech tells me she has to take a child and their mother home, and asked if can I wait one hour or come back tomorrow! And this is about 10 minutes after my mom walked out because in the middle of her service another tech decided to do another persons nails and asked my mom to wait. So pretty much we both ended up walking out without the service we went there for. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!!!

Looooove this place! Appointments always available in a timely manner and the staff is always so friendly and sweet. Been coming here a long time and always recommend to anyone for pedicures and acrylics (I get gel)!
