Very nice place had a pool party for my friend grandson
The pool area is suitable for family, friends and colleagues. It has a waterslide and mushroom park for the kids. Also has a community room to hold events.
The HOA was under new management when we left. They were infinitely better than the last management company. They actually want to do a good job. Any negative reviews from the last management should be disregarded.
What's the point of spending all this money for a house in a community that only allow up two guests per household at the pool? I signed up for my official pass to the pool and when I go to use it the lady says that's not valid on labor day weekend, instead she shows me these paper passes that was probably made that morning saying you gotta have one of these for this weekend? Excuse me? That's the craziest thing I've heard smh how the guest supposed to know those passes exist when you don't send them in the mail or email of some sort?
