I had Veronica. She was, hands down, the best wax lady I’ve ever had…and I’m in my late 30s. I have super sensitive skin, turning purple and puffy after waxing. There was no pain, no purple, no puff. Barely even any pink. And Veronica was so pleasant, professional, and personable. I’m definitely switching to this salon and will be booking with Veronica again. Highly recommend.

Veronica was amazing and so friendly !! I was so nervous because I only saw reviews about one aesthetician named Kelsey, but I took a chance with Veronica and I’m so glad I did! She made me feel so comfortable for my first time getting waxed and sugared. She explained the whole process to me and made me more calm. Also got all of my hair off very easily and knew what she was doing!! I’d recommend her to all my friends and anyone who wants to get their first wax/sugaring here!

I've been getting a Brazilian wax here every 4-5 weeks for almost a year now and always have a great experience. I always book with Jade for my appointments because she has a great attention to detail and always makes me feel comfortable. Appointments are quick and easy to schedule online with someone always available to reschedule via text. I recommend Hello Sugar to all my girl friends.

I have been going to Hello Sugar in Flagstaff for over a year now and I have nothing but positives to share. Jade is the best, always willing to do what she can to make the experience comfortable for her clients! She is quick but also clean and meticulous when it comes to making sure her work is to her client’s approval. Jade is professional and informative and has helped to trouble shoot the best methods for waxing my sensitive skin.

I went to get my lashes lifted and my stomach sugared by Veronica. She’s amazing and was super sweet. My eyelashes looked amazing and the sugaring was the easiest and painless hair removal I’ve ever had!! Definitely going back to her ❤️❤️

This was my first time ever doing a waxing with sugaring touch up. Veronica, my aesthetician, was absolutely amazing! She talked me through the whole thing and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. 10/10 recommend them for your pampering needs.

Got a Brazilian wax with jade, she’s very professional and makes the whole process go by very easy. Love her attention to detail and how she doesn’t rush through it. Definitely worth the membership.

This was my first time visiting Hello Sugar. The location was a bit hard to find as it's tucked away in a corner. But it's a super cute place. I worked with Veronica and she was AMAZING.
