I’ve been in Atlanta for a few years now and finding the right barber is key. Mac and the other barbers in the shop do an amazing job. Great environment and professional. My cut comes out clean every time. Mac truly be saving my life with these cuts.
I was welcomed and helped immediately as I came in. It felt like a family enviornment the moment I sat down, to the moment I left. Will make this my new shop.
So I've gotten my hair cut here twice. Both times, the visits were pleasant. Today I just went in to see about getting my haircut. And immediately I hear one of the barbers talking about people not wanting to pay to get their haircut and so on and so forth. Then the other barber was tripping about me being a walk in.
Mind you the shop just as empty as it wanted to be.
I'm around the corner now at a much nicer shop about to get a cut and wash. So when folks start talking about why blacks don't support black business this the reason why. Your customer service was subpar. I shouldn't have to beg to get a basic haircut in Atlanta.
Always a great time coming to Heads R Us. The atmosphere is welcoming and the vibes are always genuine. My barber, Mac, allows me to book appointments online so I’m able to arrive at the best time available with no wait and is always professional. Wouldn’t want to get my hair cut anywhere else.

This has by far been one of my best experiences in a barbershop. Fast and efficient. Talented and skilled, these guys are by far the pros. The elite. I want to give a special shout out to Filly Fade , this man's skill set goes unmatched. Truly talented. He listens and is attentive to his client's needs and vision of how they want to see themselves.
Had an an experience with a barber who is no longer there it was sub par. During that experience I noticed the skill and PRECISION of MAC from across the room!! I knew I had to come back and get that Mac experience since I do not have a normal frontal line. My cut required great care and Mac understood it, thanks sir I will be seeing you from now on!
I’ve been gettin my haircut at Heads R Us for the past 4-5 years. During this time I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The barbers are all personable, cool, and engaging. Heads R Us provides great service and customer service to their clientele. Ken does excellent work as well as all the other barbers. This is the shop to go to if living in the Marietta or Smyrna area. I actually drive from Douglasville because of the great service they provide.
