Taking my energetic 6 y/o son to get his hair cut always give me anxiety. He doesn’t like things near his head. Maybe he’s a skeptic, or maybe he’s worried about his ears ???? Andrew is AMAZING!! He’s patient, he’s thorough, and he’s kind! I’m so thankful to have had the experience we had!! He’s a super star!! Thank you for having such a genuinely nice person there to help!! We I’ll be back!! For sure!! I’ve already referred him to family!!
haircut was horrible, lady didn’t disinfect her clippers, I asked for a taper she gave me a dropped fade, in short words , HORRIBLE! her clippers made my head itch a lot
Recently had to find a new barber because ours retired. After looking around found this gem, and immediately called to make an appointment with Andrew. He was awesome, my son is 5 and sitting in a new barber chair for him was a breeze with Andrew, he listened to our wants and he went to town! He did a great job, place is great looking and while I waited was offered water. We live in Salinas but will not mind the drive for our haircuts in the future!!
They can't do long hair on a man. Sad the surf vibe isn't alive. Asked for Dave Grohl, got Joe Dirt. I asked them to leave my kids hair long as well and the chopped that off as well. Not what I asked for and a heafty price for just a trim guys. Had to go somewhere else to get my hair saved from this mess. Short haired men might like this place but at that price take the beer to go with you.
Awesome haircut, came out exactly like the picture I showed. Cool atmosphere too and very nice owners (locally owned for 15+yrs!)
Great place for the whole family to get cuts. The barbers were very gentle with my five and seven year old and gave them fantastic cuts. Meanwhile Thu gave Mom (me) the best haircut I've ever had. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
For those looking to step back in time when Barber Shops were not filled with 17 year olds learning to cut hair; than this is the place. It takes me back 30+ years when I went with my father to get our hair cut by a gentleman who stood behind that chair for decades prior to my arrival and knew what I needed before I did. It may be a bit more $ than those chain store hair cutters but you will not regret spending just buck or two more to step into a shop which is well organized, incredibly decorated, and has a well dressed and truly incredible, talented staff.
This shop is legit if you want a haircut or a beard trim. Even if you have kids they do a good job on adults and children. You can literally kick back and enjoy a beer while you wait for you haircut. The atmosphere here is real chill I feel like they get you here well if you a guy.
