The woman doing my pedicure was rushing and not through. In the process of this she cut my finger (ouch)
I asked for a French tip and it was not a clean French tip line. When I asked her to clean it up, she got frustrated and offended.
She also did not clean my nails good.
She then asked me if I’d like to leave? I give this a 0 star if possible.
Terrible customer service and terrible quality.
Do not come here!
I absolutely love this nail salon. I get the Jelly pedicure and dip powder for my nails and Kim is so awesome. I have been with her a few times and she does her thang my nails are always fire! Everyone is really nice that works there. It's a relaxing vibe.
Service was great, pedicure was thorough, tools and facility is clean. My daughter got her first pedicure and they were really nice. Would definitely recommend
I always have a great experience here. Today I had a gel manicure done by Van. I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and she did amazing. She was also so sweet! Thank you so much, Van!
I am terrible at doing my own nails. After 3 years, I decided to have them done. Prices have increased dramatically but the service was just as wonderful. It will be a special treat for myself in the future.
I saw Kim and she did the best job I’ve ever had on my nails. My nails are simple, one color using dipping powder. But she was so good and also so nice! She was really fun to talk to as well! Many thanks!
