didn’t get the young ladies name who took me last minute before closing saturday due to horrible weather…. but she did a wonderful job!! I was super grateful for her and she made it very comfortable, was very nice and easy to talk too! I usually go to natural nails but i’ll be jumping between both ???????? both amazing nail techs
So I will say that the young girl that was there was really trying her best. But I had an appointment at 11 or two of us. We had made the appointment and we got there and only two stylists were there already having people waiting for pedicures. I didn’t get worked on until at least 11:40 , which put me getting out of there an hour and a half after my appointment time and getting zero discount. And as I was waiting, they were still taking other people so then I kind of felt like the guy rushed my amanicure.
They did a nice technical job but it was disappointed with my time there hopefully they get staffed so that it is a relaxing experience for some.
Worst manicure ever.
All I wanted was a basic manicure, no polish, I asked for just buffing.
Well it was basic, soak in plain water, no cuticle softener applied, no buffing.
She cut two of my cuticles one bled, one is just very painful. No apology.
And I was left with a hangnail on another nail that I didn't have when I went in. Who leaves a manicure with a new hangnail?? The best I can say is my nails are all about the same length.
Not sure why I even tipped her, good manners I guess.

I went here for a fill, and the woman who did my nails was very nice and professional. She listened to me when I told her what I wanted, and I actually really liked my nails when I left the salon. However, about an hour later I noticed a few of them had severely smudged- the polish obviously did not cure fully. I will not be back.
Appointments don't seem to matter. I waited for an hour after my appointment time for Henry to start my nails. I wanted the full set for their price on price list of $25.00. He rushed through the job and he kept lying to the unsuspecting people and telling them 20 minute wait for them. They are the worst set of nails I've had in 30 years. Very thick and uneven. And they are unevenly shaped. When I went to pay he charged me $40.00. Ugh!!! Never again!
Love the staff! Very clean, they do an amazing job!
It was my first time at Hastings Nail Spa. They were able to get me in 30 minutes agter I called and gave me this beautiful purple ombre dip. $5 more than I'm used to paying but it was absolutely worth it. I am EXTREMELY satisfied.
