I have been going here since Happy Nails opened. I have had most of the artist work on my nails at some point and they are all great and friendly. Whenever I have had a problem with a chipped nail in the past they also correct it without any issues. My manicure usually last 3-4 weeks. Jerry did my nails in the pictures in this review and I absolutely love them! They are my nails with dip powder. Jerry is amazing she is super sweet and personable and great at designs and shaping my nails.
100% recommend this place and 1000% recommend seeing Jerry.
I’ve been going to Happy Nails since they opened. I love the convenience of the location. I see Jerry and no matter how hectic my schedule gets, she tries to find a time that’ll work with my schedule. She always makes sure I love my nails and loves to try new techniques. She always makes sure I’m 100% happy with my nails and is amazing at nail art.
I have been coming here for over a year now and absolutely love the work every single time. As someone who is extremely picky I trust that everytime I go in I will leave extremely happy and not feel buyers remorse. Jerry is phenomenal at nail art and is a true talent! Ive never been happier with my nails! Mike is extremely good at nail designs and can do anything just based on a picture. The nail artists are professional and very nice, and I have loved going here.
Jerry did such a phenomenal job. She is very kind and so creative! I don’t normally get my nails done but I’m looking forward to coming back to see her! Definitely come check her out! She’s great with nail art and works really hard to shape your nails and choose the right colors.

The worst pedicure I have in my life!!! He burnt me with the callus eliminator
Update after almost a week my leg is full of rash and chemical burn. The response for the owner was unfortunate and extreme I have been going to this nail shop for over 1 year and for the owner to be a nonchalant and dismissive is appalling. I had to go to urgent care and i currently have medication. Not 1 time have the reached out to me. I hav filed a complaint with the cosmetology board
Mike is the best! He always is able to do all of my fun crazy designs and is so nice! Definitely recommend going to Mike for any of your nail needs!
The BEST salon in Hagerstown! They make you feel so comfortable, never rush, ask if your pedicure water is warm enough, you can pick your own scented soak & lotion, they have SO MANY colors to choose from! I'll never go anywhere else!
