I don’t know who the guy is that I had today but he just had a bad attitude. He wasn’t friendly at all and when I asked for gel builder, he really got mad. Someone else had to finish my nails. No one explained why either. No one apologized. He didn’t even do a good job.
I will say that usually I have a good experience here when someone else does my nails. It was so bad this time though with him that I don’t see myself going back.
I've been a client of Hanna's Salon for many years. I just left her establishment my feet & hands are so pretty! Besides that, Hanna does the BEST Individual lashes & eyebrow arches. They're a nice crew of people, and she's is the BEST!
Make sure you ask or observe who has experience because often time if you are not a regular, you will get the one in training BE AWARE you will have to go somewhere else to correct ???? the efforts of the person who practice on you so you WILL watste your money
My first experience with them was awesome but the second time I was not so pleased. They couldn’t do none of the designs I wanted so I ended up getting something easy and it still didn’t come out right .They refused to fix my nails and I’m so mad because I spent a lot of money at this establishment to leave unhappy!
Horrible service and High prices for poor work that doesn’t last. Don’t let the pretty nail art fool you. The acrylic nails don’t last and pop off after a couple days like press ons! Then they want to charge you damn near 10$ per nail fix. A rip off. For the price you pay I would not recommend if you are going to charge someone luxury prices at least do luxury work that will last a minimum of 1-2 weeks without any lifting or popping off.
*Since you guys are lieing to justify poor service I will continue the dispute I never had a problem with the service or disputed a charge until my nails started coming off a week after a FULL SET was done. The dispute I made does not disregard the poor service & high prices therefore I had every right to dispute one charge. Y’all knowingly door poor work and still charge people an absurd amount for nails fixes. I’m not upset over losing my appointment I’m upset over being ripped off. & I won’t be scheduling any more nail appointments with you guys and will be making people aware. Have a blessed day
Brought my daughter here right before they closed and the job was not rushed. Oh and the tech was very detailed her nails came out beautifully ????
I was impressed.The building is large ,with lots of things going on ,spa,nails and eye brows.Walk ins and appointments.I don't the prices because I was a guess.But I will go back

Hannah has always been welcoming yet her front desk is extremely horrible now!!! I have been a customer for years yet lately they have become very rude and highly unprofessional. I will not be back and will never recommend a potential client to this place. To be treated rude and unfairly and to think of the amount of money I have spent with you all!! Good riddance!!!
