I came here for a manicure for the first time in over 20 yrs & was quite pleased with their service. To have my nails touched up, I decided to go to a salon in Crestview, closer to my job. I was not pleased with the salon in Crestview at all. I only wanted them did the same way, yet they were not. So, the third time, I decided to go back to Hanna Nails, as I originally did. I am so happy I did. My nails turned out just as good as the first time I went to them & they were exactly how I wanted!!! I will continue to go to Hanna Nails & Spa from here on out.
Both times going, I was taken right in & treated so kindly. They are very sweet people & actually listen to what you want. Thanks Tina!!

Love going here!! I have been going regularly for a wonderful pampering experience. Tina does fantastic with my nail and brows. Dan also provides outstanding service. He is very kind and shows incredible attention to detail.
My pedicure was spot on my nails are okay just different sizes and too thick. The color is spot on though.
Went in for a pedicure and she was taking off my gel polish by peeling them off. She grabbed my toe nail with the gel polish and RIPPED my pinky toe off. It started pouring blood and when I asked what happened, she said “nothing, you must have hit your toe on something!” she never once tried to fix it or try to help. Then, she put on the gel French top polish and it looks TERRIBLE. cloudy and not even at all. When I asked her why it looked like that, she replied back “it’s just your toes.”
I then had to pay $45 for a terrible job and a very very sore toe. I will not be back!!!!!!!!!

The owner was very nice BUT they did not have enough people to handle the flow of customer . And we even made a standing appointment. She flew around from one customer to another trying to get that money and in the process did poor workman ship on my mother and friend which by the way she nicked them both. Dan was nice but to slow and seemed not to experienced. A pedicure should not take 2 hours. We will not be back .
This place was absolutely horrible, I kept asking her(Tina) to fix my nails she continue to do them and they were just absolutely horrible they were sloppy under done and hideous I paid $50 for these things !!!! I shouldn’t have paid anything!! She ignored me when I wanted them fixed … ughhh I was so maddddd !!!! She slapped the nail oil on my hands as if I was using it as lotion… plain out ridiculous!!!! I immediately left and went across the street where fancy nails and there new management fixed them for a very nice price ♥️ I will definitely go back to fancy nails ! But Hanna’s will never get my money again !!!
