I love coming here and seeing John and/or Michelle. Im always extremely satisfied with everything i get. This visit John did the powder dip and Michelle did my design. Everyone here is so nice and professional. Would not go anywhere else. Go visit today!!!
My no-chip pedicure was not as fabulous as the establishment itself. HaNancy is a great looking establishment and they have an amazing variety of color & design options for your nails and I have been going to them for years. My toenails are small, but they can be shaped cleaner for a more defined square shape. The polish application has to be just as clean so it does not dull the shape of the toenails once the polish cures. The chrome powder application should not be as messy as it was, I suggest using a smaller tip applicator and NOT the triangle sponge while also using minimal powder when applying it to toenails, requiring less clean up afterwards. I should not have chrome residue stuck on my toes around my nails the next day. It's so ugly, annoying, & and difficult for me to remove. And after looking at the bottom of my feet, it does not look like I got a pedicure at all and I should not need a "deluxe" when a basic pedicure should acheive just that, the basics. The polish application should have been smoother to lessen the chances of small indentations forming after the polish cures. I do not like to leave a place of service unfulfilled but I do not always have the time. I did not have the time (I barely had the energy), to request the gentleman to correct all that needed to be corrected. This was a $60 service with a $10 tip and I would appreciate if you (HaNancy Family) take this review seriously and do better so that when I return I can leave a more fulfilling review
If I could give zero stars I would. I came here and Holly was doing my boyfriend feet and I noticed when she was done the corner of his big toe was black. I asked what happened and they tried to explain he had an ingrown toenail that she pulled. He was mentioning how every time he would look at his foot she would either cover it or put it back into the water. They thought it was funny. He can’t put pressure on his foot and can’t walk. I’ll never get serviced here again. Nothing was done about it. All we got was an apology. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!
Beautiful dip manicure done by Johnny! He can do any design you can think of, or if you're out of ideas he can think of something cute and unique! Always good vibes and friendly people here!
Most of the staff is friendly and the shop overall does a nice job. Ambiance is nice. Watch out for a holly though… if you have any questions or requests when you walk in she’s told me “no we don’t do that” and then just kind of… disappears and leaves you standing there. Luckily another tech handled my request just fine.
Overpriced and too expensive. I received a pedicure and a manicure for $95. I called the asked for a specific service. They guarantee me they could do it. Once I got there and I asked again for the service they kept telling me yes they can do the service.
While performing the pedicure service, she kept dropping the tools on the floor and then just picking them up and trying to use them.
I told her you need to clean those off before you put them back on my feet. She got mad about that.
As she was finishing up the pedicure I asked what about the acrylic she stated oh you don’t need it.. (which is what I asked for I know I needed a fill in after 1 month) ????
After she finish doing my nails I asked how much is my service she said $95. I said $95
expensive for a manicure and pedicure. The young lady came and said to me
” honey it’s because you’re in Tinley park you must don’t live over here…I said excuse me, ma’am I just purchased a home five minutes away from here so regardless, if live in Tinley park or not, that’s too expensive, to be paying and that is an insult to anyone.
Needless to say, I left with my toenails polished , one color and my nails clear… very rude and too expensive
Nice color options, staff seemed to be joking the whole time. Did a good job with the shape but the application never got to the nail edges.
My friend and I went to get pedicures. We've been here before and have enjoyed our experience. This time around we were rushed to pick a color. The scrub and message barely happened. At most 30 seconds. I didn't not receive toe separators. And my nails were cut so low my nail beds hurt. I was not asked about cutting them and didn't want them cut. The only thing I was asked about was an up grade. My pedicure started before my friends and my friends woman was done before mine. Felt super rushed and that we didn't matter. Garbage was over flowing with used products and my chair didn't really work. If more time was taken on my service and you didn't rush to go sit on your phone I may have over looked this. Go somewhere else.
