Usually have what I am looking for. The younger lady, I think she is the daughter, has always been super nice to me over the years. She is the reason I became a regular customer years ago. She treated me like a person unlike some places where they act like you are a pain in their day and watch you like you are there to steal. This family is always nice to people and let you take your time and browse. Sometimes I don't know what I want, I just want to browse and read labels and such. They never get upset about that and let me take as much time as I want... and I usually end up spending more than I plan because of it LOL.

They have wide variety of products. The store is always clean and well stocked. Staff is eager assist but they need more workers who are experienced with the product of their culture! The store is very convenient for me and I always find everything I need there but often times while shopping, I feel like they are constantly watching me as I'm shopping which is very uncomfortable. I spend quite a bit of money there whenever I go, but I perfer to spend my money with a business that treats me with gratitude for doing business with them, rather than making me feel like a suspect!! It's very uncomfortable to shop there and I like to browse and take my time but can't because I feel like I'm constantly being watched!! ???????????? Will not be going back anytime soon. They need to learn how to NOT treat everyone like they're doing something wrong. ???? That old guy is the worst!!!! Ughhhh????????????
Love this store they always greet me when I walk in never dissatisfied with them.... Whatever I need they have if they don’t have it I show them and they get it for me.. this is the store on siegan lane
This store has almost every item I need. They are 1 out of a handful of stores that carry a specific shampoo/conditioner line that I love to use. The staff is always nice and helpful and the store is very clean and organized.
Staff not competent. Everything I went to the front desk they were arguing with customers in person and on the phone. Room phones were broken and rooms subpar. Don't waste time nor your money.
I've been coming here for about 3 years at least 3 times a week up until today as I shopped today I noticed several customers beep as they walked out the door so I'm thinking something's is wrong with the alarm today after I make my purchase for the 2nd day in a row I walk out and the alarm goes off on me so me being an honest person I turn around to be polite vs just walking out like everyone else please keep in mind that I shop here almost 3 times a week so of course I'm going to have other products I purchased from here in my purse like lipstick and makeup this lady asked me to search my purse then tried to accuse me of something I purchased from this establishment months ago after being insulted I returned everything I purchased today and make it very clear that after 3 years they will NEVER get my business again!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
