I’m not sure what’s going on here. The new(er) front person must be a relative because she is downright rude and hostile. I’ve dealt with it over Covid bc I was only getting simple nail trims but after being greeted in a hostile manner when dropping my golden retriever puppy off for a grooming session, I simply decided to turn around and leave. Rose and her team have done a wonderful job for many years so I’m baffled how she can see this treatment of her clients and do nothing about it. Read other reviews below, all hostile customer service comes from the same woman. It’s appalling. I will pay double and go elsewhere since they care more about employing someone that should not be in any sort of customer service role than providing a respectful experience for both dog and owner.
We just took our 9 month old 65 pound crazy Chocolate Lab to Hair off the Dog for a nail trim. They were extremely patient and kind with Sully who was not cooperating. They got the job done quick and we could not be happier.
This is the most loving, caring, hardworking pet friendly workers in town. I took my dog down here for the very first time and they did such an amazing job!! 10/10 highly recommend it to everyone
My dog is disabled and can't stand up well on hard or slick surfaces so I can understand why they took 8 hours to finish his appointment but they nicked one of his paws while trimming as there was blood on his front leg. He also had bloodshot eyes and mucous so I don't know if he picked up an eye infection from another dog or was just stressed? He stumbled straight toward the water bowel when we got home so he must have been dehydrated as well. I get it accidents happen and I appreciate that they "didn't charge me" but in the end it was a negative experience.
Great groomers! I have a very skiddish/ anxious dog and they really took their time with him and he came back looking great! Prices are also very reasonable. Will be returning ???? Photo for cuteness!
Fantastic they helped me and my service dog ???????? on the spot notice without a blink of the eye. they took him made him and he look very handsome . and at the end they didn’t want to to charge me. very touching.. and we thank you for that..... very caring loving people working there . if you haven’t been there. it’s a must great experience!!! By far the best dog groomer we have ever been to. Gail and her sister Donna are always so kind and accommodating. My mom and I took our Jonas to Gail for years before he passed. Jonas loved going there! Now, my daughter and her girlfriend are taking their dog.

Gail and her team always do a great job with our toy poodle and silky terrier. The prices are reasonably and the pups are happy during their visit.
