Excellent experience! They were able to fit me into the schedule on short notice and then did a beautiful job grooming him and did exactly what I asked for. He's usually a bit nervous at groomers, but they took time to pet him and put him at ease. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!
I recently visited “Hair of the dog ” to have my dog's nails trimmed, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The staff seemed careless and disinterested in the animals. After leaving the salon, I noticed that my dog's nails had been cut very horrible it was still long and sharp , causing my two dogs to have pain and discomfort.
I strongly advise other pet owners to avoid this salon, as it seems their staff lacks the necessary experience and care for the animals. It's unfortunate that my dog had to endure such a painful experience at this salon.
We were visiting family in Paso. I called and was able to easily schedule an appointment within a weeks time.
They were sweet with our Callie and very knowledgeable about her fur (Great Pyrenees and Husky). They did a fabulous job on her. After another groomer had messed her up. We would take her there every grooming if we lived in the area. And wish they were closer to us, as we have yet to find a groomer near us that we like.
This is my exclusive groomers mother and daughter team, hard workers and so reasonable. They really love our dogs.
