I decided to try a new place here in Salem. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed. The woman completely messed up my eyebrow shape. She moved my entire eyebrow shape over to the right. She also plucked my skin enough times to leave about 10 different little scabs on my left eyebrow. I actually cried when I got in the car and saw how badly the body wax her head messed up my eyebrow shape. I worked for two years to get a specific shape that match my face. Now my left eyebrow is arched, and my right eyebrow is flat. I look like I’m constantly intrigued…

Lucy is awesome !!! I have been going to her for my gel nails and now dip nails and my gel pedicures as well as my eyebrows for some time now and I am always pleased with the outcome of my nails And she does an awesome job with my eyebrows. Banana is my favorite nail tech! I love my new holiday nail art. The salon is always clean, the staff is friendly, and I've never been unsatisfied with my results. The floor plan is wheelchair friendly and the staff was happy to accommodate.
