They were ok .. didn't really have much of a variety of good hair for me, but they do have really cute lashes and a wide selection of hair care products.

Pretty decent in the hair braiding section but they also sale clothes, hats and accessories.????????

Racist store owners. I came in and paid with my credit card and she asked if it was actually my credit card. I will not be coming here anyway what a horrendous place.

I am so Thankful to God for these store owners. I've been going here for years. And ALWAYS greeted with a Smile and Laughter. This store is very Clean and Orderly, and you don't see what you need they are ALWAYS willing to help.????????

This place does not give refunds. My daughter walked into the store and made a purchase and when she came out I discovered that the price was way way more than what I wanted to pay. We immediately went back in and very politely asked for a refund and caught all HELL. They are very unprofessional, rude shop. They obviously don't appreciate the patronage of those who support them (black folks). Haven't received a refund to date and I don't have the product either! Buyer beware!

Inventory- eeerathing! Hehe Seriously the place is packed with goodies. I purchased a couple of "I worked out - not combing my hair too" ponytails, and noticed they had every Color & Style for every famale mood. They eagle eye watch you - but there were some suspicious characters being fussy while I was there. So I got in and out in 1/3 of the time I would have normally spent browsing. Only 3min from the loop/forestpark. Parking was fine.

I do not like going to hair city because they treat the customers as if they were thieves. I hope we shut them down and let them find a community they feel more comfortable in than a community that is majority African American.

I was price hunting. Security in this place is crazy. They have much of the hair pieces secured so you can't compare hair colors and prices are a little high, but you have variety to choose from.....prices. folks not buying, lol. Large location, lot to see
