Wirklich sehr gutes Frühstück...

We stopped here for lunch while on our way to Southern Colorado. We've been by here a few times and it's aways seemed to be crowded and this time was no different.

We were able to quickly get seated. The place seemed to be very family-friendly and inviting. The staff was nice and friendly. We ordered the burrito which was very delicious and full of flavor.

The menu selection seems to be an endless variety of great looking options. We saw a lot of great meals coming out of kitchen and can't wait for our next visit.

Food was cooked perfect, very happy with service and cleanliness. Waitress was sweet, friendly and attentive! Can't wait to stop by again! A little noisy but that's because they, wait for it, clean the tables and the dishes! Food served on real plates, not paper plates. Coffee was great too! ????

This was a pleasant surprise. We discovered this diner based on strong reviews. It's the first dining establishment as you enter from the south. Somewhat easy to miss if you're not looking for it.

We're wrapping up a nine state road tour and this is hands down our favorite diner experience.

Pros:

- Good food, reasonably quick service. I had the fried chicken special, my wife had grilled cheese, the boys had buffalo chicken wings.

- Reasonable prices

- Good service. Friendly helpful waitresses. Seated immediately.

- Charming place, simple, authentic

1st visit. Looks bigger on the inside. Great atmosphere and customer service. Food was good, but I found myself completely distracted by the Tetris tater tots. I still have the song stuck in my head. I'll be back!

Whether you're in Walsenburg to stay or if you're passing through, the H&H Cafe is a must! It's always a good idea to eat where the locals eat, and this place was full of locals when I stopped by. The interior is really charming and clean, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the huevos rancheros, which came with perfectly cooked eggs, flavorful green chile, and some of the best pinto beans I've ever had at a restaurant. The price was also a steal for the amount and quality of food on the plate. I couldn't recommend the H&H Cafe more!

Some of the best food and company a person could recieve! The chili burger is a large portion and super delicous.

Great service, good food and a lovely retro atmosphere. All around great experience
