Literally the worse set of nails I’ve ever gotten. First she cut my nails to the nub of my fingers when I specifically said I don’t want any length cut off before applying acrylics. Second she cut me with the nail file and pretended like it didn’t happen when she saw the cut.

On top of everything else these nails lasted barely a week. The last set I had done at Innovations In hartwell lasted well over a month and a half and could have lasted longer had they of not grown out so far. These nails are chipping and literally falling off after almost a week.

Will NOT return. Worst $60 ever spent.

Nice associates very cursity and clean, but certain people should do nails very unhappy with fingernail work.

Visit again 6/9/22 hand done again and very dissatisfied because the associate was suppose to do my nail the same color of my toes and they didn't so I to get my toes done over from weeks ago so they match my hand. They should have paid for my my toes to be done instead of me paying another fee???? I think I need to go back to Lucy Nails

I’ve Had My Full Set Of Gel Nails For A Day Now & 3 Nails On My Left Hand Are Peeling Off Completely. And 2 Nails On My Right Hand Are Starting To Peel.

I Should Have Taken The Hint And Left When The Women Getting The Pedicure Up And Left As I Was Walking In.

Super nice and personable. Lily did a fantastic job on my pedicure and Vincent did a great job on my nails. He was so funny and talkative, it was like hanging out with a friend who just happened to do my nails. Quality and service were fantastic. I will definitely be a return customer.

I went here right before vacation because my usual nail tech was out of town. When I tell you I will never go back, I mean it. I got tips and dip powder with chrome and they looked horrible. They were bumpy and uneven and the shape was horrendous. The girl that did my nails was more worried about phone calls and whoever was coming to visit her than actually doing a good job. Then, when I was washing my hands, she came up and whispered that she wasn't going to charge me for the chrome powder--that I BROUGHT in myself-- because there were divots on every single nail. She said "you must have bumped them and that's what cause it." It was literally every single nail. I ended up coming home and reshaping/filing down the top and redoing the chrome and gel top coat at home. Go anywhere else but this place. Seriously.

I have had one set of SNS nails done here and one pedicure. Vincent did my nails and Lili did my pedicure. They were both wonderful! My nails lasted 3 weeks and could’ve stayed on even longer! This was my first pedicure and Lili was so helpful in explaining the options and making conversation. Such a sweet soul! Clean, friendly, and affordable.
