The staff is really nice and friendly. The price is great. My hair cut wasn't how I had asked. Could update some things for people who have vision problems.
First visit today had an appointment with Lisa to fix my highlights she did a beautiful job. The entire staff was very friendly and professional definitely going back.
I ordered some lights on my hair and it was three colors apart. I had to pay double to fix the hair. I came to this aesthetic because there are elderly people with a lot of experience but the person who did this to me was not professional at all.
Prior to today it had been many years since I've been to this salon. Great to see all the updates that have been completed. Wait area is very spacious. Both me and my bf needed cuts and they fit us in as walk-ins immediately. Staff was friendly and we both got exactly what we wanted. Thank you!!
When I booked the appointment they did ask if I wanted my hair wash, cut and dried. I asked if she could wash it, she did with no problems. I told her I wanted a curtain bangs and she did not do that. Then I asked if she could dry it, she said you have to ask for that when you book it, I have another appointment. Mind you I waited a half hour for her to start mine. Never will go back.
The staff was so nice! They fit me in on my only day off after another salon canceled on me. Lydia was very nice and my hair looks great. The salon is well kept and fair priced. I will be returning for future services!
