Sat down for the first time today with Big Wave Dave! He's probably forgotten more about hair than any of those new barber shop guys know! He talked with me first about my hair and what we could do, then gave me a great cut using many different tools (not just one clippers and "number 3") explaining them all as he went, and all for a very low price! Dave's got almost 50 years of experience here and it really shows! Check 'em out!!!
I called me did a walking with John!!! I got a wash with conditioner... the young lady that helped me was great and laughed with me when I accidentally went to the wrong door.... John listen to what I wanted... A mohawk when I want it but to also be able to wear it down depending on my mood and work environment. .. he didn't quick and easy.. I asked about color ... he said with my short hair about 90$ with bleaching and color... (booked that for next week)... the cut ingot today is easy and smooth... he trimmed the stray hairs that needed a touch up.. and used scissors on my hair(loved that)... but also understands cowlicks... I've got 2 that can be a pill at times.... I'm so coming back again!!! 35$ for a cut and wash!!great service... even had coffee up and smelling good.. SO RECOMMEND!!! .

I needed a haircut and did not have an appointment and was just going on a walk in. I got a quick shampoo and cut was handled professionally with a good price got my haircut and everything was good.
Gulick Brothers has been in the same location since the 1970s and there's a reason why they're still there. Customer service in friendliness is the key to their business strategy.
